A Study On Human Capital Structure Contribution And Government Educational Investment Policies

Overseas studies have shown that human capital structure as a new production factors that have an impact on economic growth, human capital structure and economic growth, there're significant contacts between the co-relation. The domestic literature discusses the relationship between human capital and economic growth in many, but few of them related to human capital structure of the impact on economic development, human capital structure, the impact on economic growth is not taken seriously. For this reason, the study of human capital structure and the relationship between economic growth, pointing out that the human capital structure and the interaction that exists between economic growth and the relationship between the rational structure of economic development, human capital has an important meaning, using quantitative methods to prove that the mechanism of the existence and legitimacy, and thus arrive at a reasonable structure of the human capital needed to support the Government's education investment strategy.Full-text is divided into four parts. The first part is introductory, firstly, respectively, from a theoretical and practical perspective of the topics of the meaning of this article, and then an overview of the relationship between human capital and economic growth, human capital structure and the relationship between economic growth and the related theory and existing research results. The second part focused on analyzing the structure of human capital on economic growth, mechanisms of action, discusses the structure of human capital through the stock of human capital, industrial structure, total factor productivity, regional economic disparities and structural unemployment, economic growth in these five areas affecting the internal logic. The third part is empirical analysis. First estimates of human capital Gini coefficient measured approach; then human capital Gini Coefficient on behalf of human capital structure, and measured the structure of human capital for economic growth; the final quantitative analysis of human capital through the model structure and the relationship between economic growth in the number of changes, pointing out that the three major areas of human capital, the basic direction of structural adjustment. The fourth part is part of the policy recommendations. According to human capital structure, mechanism of action for economic growth and empirical analysis has concluded that the actual situation of our country, put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
