Research On The Strategies Of Improving The Quality Of Logistic Services In Z Universitiy

Entering the new era,the importance of logistics services in universities has become increasingly prominent.It is necessary to ensure the smooth implementation of teaching and scientific research,and to meet the increasing demand for the diverse lives of teachers and students in colleges and universities[1].Logistic work in colleges and universities is an important link that must be considered in the reform of colleges and universities.With the continuous development of education in my country,it has become more and more difficult for the past logistic management model to adapt to the pace of the modern market economy,and the quality of logistic services is good.Bad will also have an impact on the overall development of colleges and universities.Therefore,strengthening and improving the quality of logistics services,creating a high-quality service team and novel management measures,and appropriately improving the functions and service scope of the logistics departments are the directions that are worth thinking about in my country’s universities and even the national education department.The main subject of this article is the Z University located in Shenyang,Liaoning Province.The school covers a total area of 2.55 million square meters and has 4,473 faculty members and more than 48,000 students.The Logistic Service Center of Z University was established in 1999.The center implements the management model of"small organs,multiple entities,and large services".Under the supervision and guidance of the school’s logistics management office and related functional departments,it provides logistics support services for the entire school’s teachers and students.Based on a thorough investigation of the logistics development status of my country’s universities and the service status of the Z university’s logistics service center,this article consults the relevant literature and theoretical foundations of university logistics management and service quality improvement,and studies and analyzes the research results of relevant scholars at home and abroad.The content and characteristics of logistics services in colleges and universities have designed and established a Z colleges and universities logistics service quality evaluation index system.In the form of questionnaire surveys,the undergraduates’ information on the three important service items of the school(catering services,student apartment services,and business services)are obtained.Service quality survey data.By using SPSS(V26.0)to statistically summarize the survey data,the actual evaluation of the quality of logistics services by the students in colleges and universities of Z is obtained,and the basic theories such as the "service quality gap model" are used to compare the expectations in the various factors of the research object The two data of degree perception and satisfaction degree perception are used to find the service quality perception gap,so as to summarize the problems affecting the logistics service quality and analyze the reasons,and finally propose corresponding quality improvement strategies and guarantee measures.The survey results show that the current logistics quality of Z colleges is generally good,but there are also some problems.The specific manifestations are:1.There is a contradiction between the public welfare and economic efficiency of the canteen in the catering service,and the management mechanism has not kept pace with the times.In response to this problem,it is proposed to optimize the organizational structure,increase support for non-profit canteens,refine the canteen management mode,and improve the upgrading strategy of the supervision mechanism;2.The student apartment management innovation consciousness is backward,and the logistics education function is not outstanding.In response to this problem,it is proposed to optimize the training of apartment service personnel and establish a unique apartment community culture promotion strategy;3.Business services lack pertinence and competitiveness.In response to this problem,it is proposed to introduce a competition mechanism,change the operation and management method,and invite teachers and students to participate in,supervise,and build a digital complaint suggestion platform to enhance the strategy.The above service quality issues and improvement strategies have good applicability and feasibility for the improvement of the logistics service quality of Z colleges and universities,and have certain practical reference value.I hope to provide reference for Z colleges and even other universities in my country to improve the quality of logistics services.
