| Junior high school students are in an important period in their life,a crucial moment to lay the foundation for their future study and life.Junior high school students spend a lot of time on unrestrained online game activities,and the long-term online game behavior has a serious impact on them,damaging their own health,leading to the decline of academic performance,and destroying the relationship between family members.This study focuses on the online game addiction group of middle and junior high school students in Q community.Through questionnaire analysis and interview,we understand the basic situation of junior middle school students addicted to Q community online games.We know from the relevant information that most of them have low self-control ability;Lack of professional psychological stress relief knowledge;Lack of hobbies to support free time;Lack of correct understanding of online games,weak family support and other problems.On the basis of the above investigation,the service is launched on a case-by-case basis.Help junior high school students improve their online game addiction.This paper relies on cognitive behavior theory and family structure theory to carry out 9services around the client.On the basis of establishing professional relationship in the first service,the second service focuses on encouraging clients to make time arrangement and plan exercises to help them improve their self-control ability;The third service through professional psychological knowledge lectures and practical exercises,to help them master the correct knowledge of relieving psychological pressure,reasonable inner pressure relief;The fourth service recognizes the harm of online game addiction by changing the wrong cognition;The fifth service,evaluate the completion of the situation,adjust the service plan according to the actual situation;The sixth service,explore potential interests,enrich their free time;The seventh service continued to evaluate the service plan and enhance their self-belief;The eighth service focuses on the client’s family relationship,strengthens parent-child companionship,and creates a good family atmosphere.Enhance family support to help clients solve online game addiction.The ninth revolves around closing the case.Through a series of services to change their online game addiction status.After completing the service,the author summarized and reflected on the whole activity.The problem of online game addiction in junior middle school students can be solved by case service.Combined with family support,encourage them to return to the right track and live and study in a healthy way. |
