With the development of economy,science and technology and education industry in our country,online education has gained a great development space by relying on its advantages in teaching efficiency and teaching flexibility,it contributes more and more important driving force for the development of our country’s economic industry and education industry.DY Art Training Institute is located in Baiyun District,Guiyang,Guizhou province.It is mainly engaged in children’s language arts training and language arts registration examination training,DY Art Training Institutions with scientific training strategy and the service system,won social recognition in the local industry has a certain degree of visibility and influence.With the continuous development of DY Art Training Institutes,the scale and the level of revenue and efficiency of the institutes have also been significantly increased.On July24,2010,the 2021 of DY Art Training Institutes,the General Office of the Communist Party of China and State Council General Office issued the “Opinions on further reducing the workload of students at the compulsory education stage and the burden of off-campus training”.The implementation of relevant policies will also play a crucial role in the future development of DY Art Training Institutions.In this context,DY art training institutions should actively respond to the national policy call,and do a good job of development strategy adjustment and enterprise structure optimization and other related work.Research on the marketing strategy of DY art training institutions can not only help DY art training institutions to improve their competitiveness in the market,in addition,this study can also provide reference for the Reform and optimization of marketing strategy in homogeneous industry.In this study,the object of study is divided into DY art training institutions,and with the help of Customer Relationship Management Theory,Theory related to the five dimensions of user acquisition,activation,retention,revenue,and referral in the2A3 R model,.by means in-depth interview,this paper finds out the defects existing in the current marketing strategy of online courses of DY Art Training Institutions.Aiming at the five marketing issues existing in the online courses of DY art training institutions at the current stage,by consulting materials,drawing on the cutting-edge marketing strategies of online courses from excellent art education and training institutions at home and abroad,and combining the actual characteristics of DY art training institutions themselves,this paper proposes corresponding marketing optimization strategies:1、Acquire users by expanding the scope of offline channels and opening online self media channels;2、 Activate users by outputting high-quality content through our media platform;3、 Retain users by optimizing the course experience;4、 Increase liquidity through live streaming courses and surrounding cultural and creative products;5、 Promote user communication through incentives.
