The rapid development of online education and the continuous rise of civil service vocational examination provide opportunities for the online education industry of civil service vocational examination.At the same time,the characteristics of low cost and high profit attract many investors,resulting in the rapid increase of civil service vocational examination online education institutions.The increasingly fierce market competition has brought great pressure to enterprises.How to improve market share is particularly important for the survival of enterprises.This paper takes H online education platform as the research object,On the basis of analyzing the present situation of platform marketing strategy,the macro environment and micro environment of H online education platform are analyzed,Using SWOT analysis method to identify the development opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages of enterprises,and clarify the enterprise development strategy.Taking the students of H online education platform and those who are preparing for the exam as the research objects,the satisfaction of students to the platform and those who are preparing for the exam to this kind of platform are collected by questionnaire survey.Based on the results of questionnaire data analysis and the current situation of platform marketing,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current marketing strategy of enterprises,combined with the development needs of enterprises,using the marketing mix 7Ps theory,this paper puts forward the optimization suggestions of platform marketing strategy.The research content has certain guiding significance for H online education platform to improve marketing level,improve market share and enterprise competitiveness,and also has certain reference significance for other similar enterprises.
