| Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2017 clearly proposed the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,a series of documents and related policies have been proposed and issued,clearly stating that "to implement the rural revitalization strategy,we must break the bottleneck of talents",emphasizing that talent is the key to rural revitalization.The cultivation of rural talents has become an important part of the implementation process of rural revitalization.As an important high-level,professional and applied talent in the field of rural talents,how to adapt to the requirements of the times of the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is the decisive factor for whether the master’s degree in rural development can contribute to rural revitalization.Answering this question well can not only promote the seamless connection between the training of master’s degree in rural development and social needs,but also provide important high-level talent support for rural revitalization.Based on human capital theory,grounding theory and knowledge related to graduate education,this paper uses literature research method,questionnaire survey method and key insider interview method,and takes the master’s degree in rural development among high-level rural talents as the main research object,explores the current situation and existing problems of rural talent training under the background of rural revitalization,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural talent team in H Province,especially the training of master’s degree in rural development.Firstly,this paper analyzes the specific demand and supply status of rural talents in the context of rural revitalization,especially high-level rural talents,combined with relevant documents and documents,and further clarifies the training direction of master’s degree in rural development and development.Secondly,NVivo11 software was used to analyze the training programs of 15 universities in 7 regions of China to grasp the training status of master’s degree in rural development in China as a whole.Finally,taking Province H as an example,a questionnaire survey and interviews with key insiders were conducted among teachers and students of colleges and universities with master’s degrees in rural development,and the current situation,existing problems and causes of rural development master’s degree training in Province H were analyzed in depth,and the results found that: there were differences between the training objectives of rural development master’s degree in Province H and the demand for rural revitalization talents.In the training process,there are problems such as the impure purpose of candidates,the relatively low proportion of candidates aiming to devote themselves to rural areas,and the large number of interprofessional candidates,and the weak professional foundation;The curriculum lacks local awareness,does not highlight its own advantages and school characteristics,deviates from the demand for talents for rural revitalization,and deviates from the poor effect of practical internship and the demand for rural talents.The implementation of training methods tends to be academic;There are problems such as the shortage of teachers(tutors)and the need to strengthen relevant practical experience,the external tutor system needs to be improved,the teaching resources related to talent training related to rural revitalization need to be increased,and the number,personnel and operation mode of internship training bases need to be improved.In terms of quality control,there are problems such as graduation and degree awarding bias towards academics,employability to be improved,and deviation between employment reality and employment intention.Combined with the actual situation of Province H,it is proposed to locate the multidisciplinary direction of rural areas,the development of multi-type colleges and universities,and formulate training goals that meet the needs of talents for rural revitalization;Firmly grasp its own characteristic advantages to cultivate professionals with characteristics of rural revitalization;Talent training is people-oriented;The preliminary examination sets up pre-professional and the re-examination focuses on the "three rural areas" plot assessment;Focusing on local and rural revitalization,curriculum development needs to be optimized;innovative training methods;improving the teaching(mentor)workforce;Improve and implement the external tutor system;Improve teaching resources for talent training related to rural revitalization;Improve the rural revitalization internship training base,improve the personnel and operation mode of the base;improving conditions for graduation and degree awarding;Suggestions for improving the employment environment and employment feedback mechanisms. |
