| At present,school sports play an important role in competitive sports.More and more players from China University Basketball League(CUBAL)are entering China Men’s Basketball Professional League(CBA).The growth of college basketball students is becoming more and more important to the reform and development of Chinese basketball.As we all know,basketball is a game of players dribbling,holding the ball moving breakthrough speed,high requirements for sports items,requires players to dribble breakthrough quickly,sensitive coordination,strain ability to be strong,only in this way,in order to achieve better results in China.However,how to improve the speed of dribbling breakthrough is obviously far from enough by conventional training means.Therefore,according to the experiments,the author found that the agility ladder step training,whether for basketball players or other athletes,can improve their speed of foot movement,body coordination and sensitivity,which is very obvious.Now,most of the basketball players,Drills with agility ladders focus only on the feet and ignore the ball drills.Therefore,this paper focuses on the study of the agility ladder training with balls,namely,the agility ladder ball training.And further explore and study the agility ladder ball training can improve the college basketball students dribble breakthrough speed.Research Objective: To conduct experimental intervention on the dribble breakthrough speed of college basketball players through agile ladder training,observe the change of test index of dribble breakthrough speed,explore the influence of agile ladder training on the dribble breakthrough speed,and provide reference and suggestions for the practical training and improvement of performance of college basketball professional students.Research methods: According to the physical quality and basic skills of the players,they were evenly divided into 13 persons in the control group and 13 persons in the experimental group.The control group adopted the conventional basketball dribbling training method,while the experimental group adopted the agility ladder training.The experiment period was 17 weeks,and electronic stopwatch was used before and after the experiment.Perform three dribble breakaway speed tests.The results of the test were compared and analyzed statistically before and after the experiment,so as to study whether the agility ladder ball training can improve the dribble breakthrough speed of college basketball students.The subjects were tested for their basic quality before and after the 100-meter sprint,four-line double run and run-up.Three movements were selected from the "Ball Sports--Basketball" edited by Wang Jiahong,the Physical Education College entrance Examination and the high level college basketball test standards to test the dribble breakthrough speed of Grade21 selected basketball students from the School of Physical Education and Health of Nanning Normal University.The software Excel S-2013 and spss26.0 were used to infer the intra-group differences of the measured data before,during and after the experiment by using single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance,and the independent sample T test was used to compare the differences between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.Research results:(1)The index of dribbling over obstacles layup.In the three periods of dribbling over obstacles layup(seconds)test in the experimental group,the single-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was carried out,and the F value was 5.08,and the test scores were 20.61±1.999 seconds,19.95±2.343 seconds and 18.74±1.255 seconds,respectively.After the experiment,it increased by 1.88 seconds compared with before the experiment,and by 9.11% compared with before the experiment.Independent sample T-test was conducted between groups,and the p value was 0.045,with significant difference(p=0.045 < 0.05).(2)Half court V-shaped dribble over obstacles layup item index,the experimental group in the three periods of half court V-shaped dribble over obstacles layup(second)test item,the single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance,it can be seen that F value is 18.592,test results are 19.78±2.236 seconds,19.27±2.334 seconds,18.65±2.06 seconds.After the experiment,it was 1.13 seconds higher than before the experiment,and 5.7% higher than before the experiment.Independent sample t test was conducted between groups,and p value was 0.047,the difference was very significant(p=0.047 < 0.05).(3)The index of the dribble layup item with both right and left hands in the whole court.In the three periods of the test item with both right and left hands in the whole court dribble layup(seconds)in the experimental group,the single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance was carried out,and the F value was 12.124,and the test results were 21.38±2.713 seconds,20.22±2.233 seconds,19.49±1.904 seconds,respectively.After the experiment,it was 1.89 seconds higher than before the experiment,and 8.84% higher than before the experiment.Independent sample t test was conducted between groups,and the p value was 0.042,the difference was very significant(p=0.042 < 0.05).(4)The index of 100-meter sprint event,the single-factor repeated measurement analysis of variance for the three periods of the 100-meter dash(second)test event,the F value is 1.136,the test results are 13.32±0.909 seconds,13.07±1.209 seconds,12.69±1.042 seconds,respectively.After the experiment,it was 0.63 seconds higher than before the experiment,and 4.7% higher than before the experiment.Independent sample T-test was conducted between groups,and the p value of this test item was0.823,indicating that there was no significant difference in the test data(p=0.823 >0.05).(5)The index of four-line turnback race.In the three periods of the four-line turnback(second)test project,the single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that F value was 8.192,and the test results were 9.99±0.55 seconds,9.97±0.549 seconds and 9.3±0.548 seconds,respectively,which increased by 0.69 seconds after the experiment compared with before the experiment.Compared with before the experiment,the increase was 6.9%.Independent sample T-test was conducted between groups,and the p value of this test item was 0.016,indicating that there was a significant difference in the test data(p=0.016 < 0.05).(6)Run stroke height,run stroke height(m)in the three periods of the test item,the single factor repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that F value was1.564,test scores were 3.12±0.118 m,3.14±0.113 m and 3.26±0.109 m,respectively.After the experiment,0.14 SEC was increased compared with before the experiment.Compared with before the experiment,it increased by 4.4%.Independent sample T-test was conducted between groups,and the p value of this test item was 0.665,indicating that there was no significant difference in the test data(p=0.665 > 0.05).Research conclusion:(1)After 17 weeks of training,both the experimental group and the control group improved their dribble breakthrough speed.However,the experimental group improved their dribble breakthrough speed more significantly than the control group after the agility ladder ball training,indicating that the design method of agility ladder ball training is in line with the development of basketball players’ dribble breakthrough speed.It can improve the dribble penetration speed of basketball players.(2)Data analysis of experimental group and control group showed that: The results of both groups were improved in the front and back tests,among which the test index of full-court dribble over obstacles layup increased the most,and the three test dribble breakthrough speed items increased by the size of full-court dribble over obstacles layup > full-court dribble over obstacles layup with left and right hands > half-court dribble over obstacles V-shaped layup.(3)Compared with the traditional dribbling training means,the agility ladder training significantly improves the players’ dribbling and controlling ability,especially the one-handed dribbling and controlling ability of the weak side hand(usually left hand),which is conducive to the balance of two-handed dribbling and controlling ability(according to the test data of the players’ right-handed dribbling and layup over obstacles).The ability of dribbling and controlling the ball under non-directional conditions is also significantly improved(the test data can be obtained from the full-court dribbling over the obstacle layup and the half-court V-shaped dribbling over the obstacle layup.(4)The cultivation of controlled ball technology will be a long and hard process,and the strong physical quality not only depends on simple training methods,but also needs to go through a long time of training to achieve the best results.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce the agility ladder-ball training in the long-term training of athletes. |
