| Secondary vocational students are the successors and builders of craftsmen in a big country.Their mental health level is directly related to the future of the Chinese nation.As an important psychological disorder affecting the mental health of secondary vocational students,depression has been paid more and more attention by educators.Exploring the factors and mechanisms that affect the depressed mood of secondary vocational students has a strong guiding significance for improving their mental health level.Therefore,this study took the students of a secondary vocational school in Jinan City as the research object and investigated 1676 secondary vocational students.The first study is to explore the relationship between mobile phone addiction and depression in secondary vocational students,and the mediating role of emotional regulation self-efficacy between them.Study 2,on the basis of study 1,intervenes in the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students,alleviates the level of depression of students through group counseling,and provides certain practical experience for solving the depression of secondary vocational students.The conclusion of this study is mainly in the following aspects.(1)the higher the degree of mobile phone addiction,the higher the level of depression,and there is a significant positive correlation between the two.(2)the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students was significantly negatively correlated with depression.(3)the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students plays a partial mediating role between mobile phone addiction and depression.(4)Through the group auxiliary counseling for the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students,it can effectively improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students,and alleviate the degree of mobile phone addiction and depression of secondary vocational students to a certain extent.Therefore,various forms of psychological counseling can be used to improve the emotional regulation self-efficacy of secondary vocational students in daily education and teaching.In addition,through home-school co-parenting and other measures to control the frequency of mobile phone use of secondary vocational students,joint efforts to alleviate the depression of secondary vocational students,improve their mental health. |
