Micro-class teaching,as a new teaching form in the information age,meets students’ personalized learning needs with its advantages of being short,precise,targeted and compatible,and is gradually being widely used in school teaching.Therefore,this paper takes the application of micro-class in the teaching of basketball shooting technology in junior high school as the research object,selects two classes in the eighth grade of Jinan Experimental Middle School as the experimental objects,adopts the research methods of literature,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and so on.Firstly,it expounds the relevant theories of micro-class,and then designs the micro-class of junior high school basketball teaching.It is applied to teaching practice.Finally,the teaching effect of micro-class is verified through teaching experiment,and the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The micro-course design takes the teaching of basketball shooting technology as the content.The micro-course design is carried out in eight aspects,including the selection of topic selection,the selection of development approaches,preliminary analysis,module division,script design,micro-course video production,micro-course application design,and teaching evaluation design.Relying on Dingding online teaching platform,the micro-course design is applied to all aspects of basketball teaching in junior high school before,during and after class.To improve the quality of junior high school basketball teaching and feedback effect with more intuitive and information teaching.(2)After 12 weeks of micro-class teaching experiment,it was found that there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of physical fitness and basketball standard achievement.In terms of basketball performance evaluation,after the experiment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the one-handed shoulder shooting performance evaluation(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in the expert layup,low hand layup and jump shooting performance evaluation between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group’s basketball shooting performance was significantly higher than that of the control class.Therefore,micro-class has more obvious advantages in basketball technique teaching with complex movements.(3)Students’ feedback on the application effect of micro-class after the experiment: the micro-class basketball classroom teaching has the advantages of rich pictures,repeated watching and instant solving of the key and difficult points in technical learning,which can enhance students’ enthusiasm for learning and contribute to the establishment of self-confidence and lifelong sports consciousness;Compared with traditional teaching,micro-class teaching can better meet the learning requirements of students at different levels,break the barriers of time and space,and realize the timeliness and personalization of learning.Most students accept the teaching form of micro-class.
