As a new type of network education resources,micro-lesson has a good effect for teachers to use it in and out of classroom learning.Therefore,scholars'research on micro-lesson has always been high.In recent years,the development of micro-lessons has entered the stage of subdivision research,which requires micro-lesson producers to divide micro-lessons into different subclasses in the direction of learning segments,disciplines and learning topics,and then analyze and study these subclasses,with a view to the sustainable development and personalized development of micro-lessons.Video shooting micro-class is such a kind of micro-class after subdivision.This paper studies the design and development of video shooting micro-class,excavates its production principles and methods,and designs relevant models to carry out secondary vocational teachers'video shooting micro-class training.Firstly,through literature research,this study clarifies the concepts of secondary vocational teachers,micro-classes and video-shooting micro-classes,analyses the research status of video-shooting micro-classes and audio-visual techniques,and combs the theoretical basis needed in this study.Secondly,using the method of investigation and research,a questionnaire is designed to understand the demand of teachers in Secondary vocational school' in my area for video shooting micro-courses.This paper analyses the concept,production level and demand of video shooting micro-course.According to the investigation and research,the teachers in secondary vocational schools generally have a low understanding of the basic concepts of video shooting micro-lessons,such as scenery,camera motion and other concepts;most of them say that they have not made video shooting micro-lessons,and their production experience is very low;the majority of secondary vocational teachers need the production of sub-lens scripts,the use of pre-tools,and the method of post-synthesis.Based on this demand background,the author designs the training course of video shooting micro-lessons for secondary vocational school teachers as a whole,and puts forward six principles of training content design and development:practicability principle,pertinence principle,hierarchy principle,easy acquisition principle,dynamic principle and practicability principle,and constructs the connotation concept learning,pre-shooting preparation learning and post-integration of video shooting micro-lessons.Three thematic contents of production and learning are developed to serve as the overall curriculum of video shooting micro-lessons for secondary vocational teachers.Furthermore,based on the case analysis method,this paper analyses the excellent video shooting micro-lesson cases,summarizes and summarizes the design principles and influencing factors of excellent video shooting micro-lesson from three aspects:knowledge points,shot presentation techniques and editing synthesis technology.Through the author's analysis,excellent video shooting micro-lesson has the principles of skilled knowledge as the main principle,strong sense of presence,and emphasizing performance.Principle,multi-perspective principle,integrity principle and refinement principle are the six principles.Then the influencing factors are subdivided from the six principles.Then the methods of making video-shooting micro-lessons are shared from three aspects:production tools,shooting techniques and production effects.Finally,the development model of video-shooting micro-lessons is constructed by referring to ADDIE micro-lesson development model.Then,according to the relevant principles,the training resources are designed and developed,which are applied to the video shooting micro-class training for secondary vocational teachers to carry out two rounds of practical research.After the action,the feedback information of the trainees is analyzed and the scheme is improved.From the feedback information,it is concluded that the training schedule is unreasonable and the trainees need to increase the time of independent practice.Finally,the practical experience of the two rounds of training is summarized,and the research work,research conclusions and research results are summarized in order to look forward to the follow-up study.
