| High school students are in an important period of physical and mental development and social maturity,the contradiction between ideal and reality often leads to the generation of negative emotions,mainly manifested as depression and anxiety,and negative emotions will hinder the healthy development of high school students.In the course of high school mental health education,it is difficult for teachers to give practical and effective guidance to all students by means of mental health education course.However,educational drama with characteristics of openness,inclusiveness and solving problems in the situation will be added into the course of psychological education,which will further help psychological teachers to provide psychological education courses that meet students’ needs,and finally help students to improve their problem-solving ability.Finally achieve the goal of promoting students’ mental health development.Through course design,this study explores four stages of integrating educational drama into mental health education curriculum--warm-up period,running-in period,integration period and achievement period.In these four stages,educational drama is gradually integrated into psychological education course,realizing localized curriculum design of educational drama.The self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)with good reliability and validity were used to test the experimental group and the control group to explore the influence of educational drama integrated into psychological education class on anxiety and depression of high school students.The results are as follows:(1)Educational drama can be gradually integrated into high school mental health education curriculum in four stages.(2)The integration of educational drama into the curriculum of mental health education can significantly affect the anxiety and depression of high school students.(3)Compared with mental health education curriculum,educational drama integrated into mental health education curriculum has a more positive effect on high school students’ anxiety and depression. |
