Research purpose: Parkinson's Disease(PD)patients have about 10 million people worldwide.According to population changes and life extension, the prevalence of Parkinson's disease is expected to double by 2040.Parkinson's disease affects patients' motor and non-motor functions, severely reduces the quality of life and mental health of patients with PD,and there is currently no good treatment.Studies have shown that both Health Qigong and stretching exercise can improve the exercise and non-exercise symptoms of PD patients.Although the two have similarities in the form of exercise, the differences and differences between the two in improving the symptoms of PD patients need further the study. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to compare and observe the effects of 12 weeks of fitness Qigong exercise and stretching exercise on the motor function, mental health and quality of life of PD patients,as well as the differences between the two exercises, based on the regular medication of PD patients.Research methods: 30 PD patients were recruited through cooperation with the Hongkou District Center for Disease Control,Xinhua Hospital and Yangpu District Gymnasium, and were randomly assigned to the Health Qigong group and the control group. The two groups of PD patients performed group exercises twice a week for 90 minutes for a total of 12 weeks.Measure blood pressure of PD patients before each experiment to prevent safety issues. The Health Qigong group adopts the exercise prescription of Health Qigong and Pa You Cao,and selects 12 actions from the Health Qigong promoted by the country. The stretching group includes sitting and standing muscle stretching.Parkinson's Disease Unified Rating Scale Part III(UPDRS?)assesses motor symptoms in PD patients, uses the Standing-Walk Test(TUG)to assess walking ability of PD patients, and uses the Mini-Bestest to assess PD patients Balance function, using Parkinson's Patients' Quality of Life Rating Scale(PDQ-39)to assess the quality of life of PD patients, using Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)to assess the emotional health of PD patients,in The two groups were tested before the intervention and 12 weeks after the intervention. All testers did not understand the grouping situation and conducted a one-to-one survey on the subjects to ensure the authenticity and objectivity of the results. If the experimental results meet the normal distribution, the paired sample T test is used for the comparison between the groups, and the independent sample T test is used for the comparison between the groups. If the experimental results do not meet the normal distribution, the Mann-whit-neyU test is used. Results: Due to the deterioration of some patients' conditions,it was impossible to persist until the end of the intervention.Finally,12 people in the experimental group completed the experiment and 8 people in the stretching group completed the experiment. In terms of motor function:1)After 12 weeks of intervention, the UPDRS? score of PD patients in the Health Qigong group decreased, from 11.58 ± 6.93 before the test to 7.08 ± 4.66 afterthe test, the change was statistically different,P <0.01;after 12 weeks of stretching The UPDRS III score of PD patients in the exercise exercise group was 18.63 ± 8.51 from the previous test to 17.25 ± 8.61 from the posttest,P> 0.05,and the change was not statistically different. There was no significant difference in UPDRS Part III scores between the two groups.2)After 12 weeks of intervention, the TUG time of PD patients in the Health Qigong group changed from 8.47 ± 0.95 before the test to 8.76 ± 1.23 after the test, there was no statistical difference between the front and back,P> 0.05;after 12 weeks of stretching The time taken for the TUG test of PD patients in the exercise exercise group was 11.19 ± 3.23 from the previous test to 10.79 ± 1.51 from the posttest, but there was no statistical difference,P> 0.05.And there was no significant difference in TUG time between the two groups before and after the experiment.3)After 12 weeks of intervention, the mini-BESTest score of PD patients in the Health Qigong group changed from 19.70 ± 8.83 before the test to 25.75 ± 1.47 after the test, there was no statistical difference before and after,P> 0.05;after 12 weeks In the stretching exercises, the mini-BESTest of PD patients in the stretching group ranged from 24.00 ± 4.53 before the test to 22.38 ± 5.95 after the test. There was no statistically significant change before and after,p = 0.599(P> 0.05).There was no significant difference in Mini-BESTest score between the two groups before and after the experiment. In terms of mental health:4)After 12 weeks of intervention, the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score of PD patients in the Health Qigong group changed from 7.67 ± 4.27 of the previous test to 4.50 ± 2.39 of the post-test,the change was statistically significant,P <0.05;after 12 In the weekly stretching exercise exercise, the HAMD score of PD patients in the stretching group was from 8.63 ± 7.15 before the test to 7.75 ± 5.12 after the test. There was no statistical difference between the before and after changes,P> 0.05.There was no significant difference in HAMD score between the two groups before and after the experiment.5)After 12 weeks of intervention, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score of PD patients in the Health Qigong group changed from 6.67 ± 5.46 before the test to4.67 ± 3.05 after the test.12-week stretching exercises;PD patients in the stretching group had a HAMD score from 7.38 ± 7.63 of the previous test to 10.38 ± 6.36 of the post-test.There was no statistical difference between before and after,P> 0.05.There was no significant difference in HAMA score between the two groups before and after the experiment. In terms of quality of life:6)After 12 weeks of intervention, the PDQ-39 score of PD patients in the Health Qigong group changed from 34.50 ± 22.70 before the test to 25.08 ± 15.46 after the test. The changes before and after were statistically significant,P <0.05;after 12 weeks of stretching The PDQ-39 score of PD patients in the exercise training and stretching groups ranged from 25.13 ± 17.09 before the test to 20.25 ± 15.80 after the test. There was no statistical difference between the before and after changes,P> 0.05.There were no significant differences in the scores before and after the experimentbetween the two groups. Conclusion: On the basis of drug treatment, the 12-week Health Qigong exercise can improve the motor symptoms of patients with Parkinson's disease to a certain extent, significantly improve the mental health and depression symptoms of PD patients, and improve the quality of life of PD patients.
