Vocational education is an important part of China ’s education system structure.Its basic function is to provide strong talents and skills support for social and national development.As the basic education of vocational education,secondary vocational education should play its foundation role,take the initiative and cultivate high-quality talents.The quality of secondary vocational personnel training depends on the quality of classroom teaching,and teachers’ teaching behavior directly affects the quality of classroom teaching.At present,there are still many deficiencies in the classroom teaching practice of secondary vocational schools in China.The state and society pay more and more attention to the teaching reform of vocational education.It is urgent to improve the effectiveness of teachers ’ teaching behavior and improve the quality of classroom teaching.Based on this,this paper selects the course of " public relations etiquette training " in secondary vocational schools as a case,and focuses on the classroom teaching behavior of teachers in this course,and conducts research in a secondary vocational school in Nanning to explore the development status of classroom teaching behavior of teachers in this course in this school.On the basis of summarizing the relevant research on teaching behavior and teaching effectiveness and absorbing the opinions of professional teachers,the questionnaire on the effectiveness of classroom teaching behavior of secondary vocational teachers and the interview outline were compiled and improved.216 students from 4 classes were selected for questionnaire survey and 3 professional teachers were interviewed.At the same time,the classroom observation table was drawn up,and the five classes of ’ public relations etiquette training ’ were selected as the observation objects to deeply understand the performance of teachers ’ classroom teaching behavior in the actual teaching process.Firstly,this paper uses SPSS software to carry out descriptive statistical analysis on the collected 203 questionnaire data,summarizes the performance and differences of teachers in various teaching behaviors,and analyzes and summarizes the existing problems and the possible factors affecting the effectiveness of teachers’ teaching behaviors.Secondly,the coding statistics of 5 classroom observation records are carried out to study the time coverage and frequency of each teaching behavior in the actual teaching process.The study found that : on the whole,the average value of the effectiveness of the classroom teaching behavior of the ’ Public Relations Etiquette Training ’ teachers is 4.17,and the teaching behavior is relatively good and effective.However,there are still some problems in practical teaching,such as teaching preparation needs to be optimized,teaching methods are relatively simple;the effect of teaching guidance is limited,and practical teaching needs to be improved.Teaching interaction lacks depth and students’ learning motivation is insufficient;the integration of classroom etiquette education needs to be improved.At the same time,it is found that the classroom teaching behavior of teachers in this course is influenced by internal and external factors,including school training system,practical teaching base construction,teachers ’professional background knowledge,teaching skill level,teaching content selection and students.Finally,this paper puts forward feasible strategies to improve the effectiveness of teachers’ classroom teaching behavior in the course of " Public Relations Etiquette Training " from the two levels of colleges and teachers.Colleges and universities should actively organize training,improve the teaching level of teachers,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,improve the practical teaching environment,actively carry out activities,enrich campus etiquette education,and create room for teachers to improve.The teacher level mainly proposes specific improvement suggestions for strengthening their own professional knowledge and effectively regulating classroom teaching.Teachers should attach importance to self-orientation and establish the concept of lifelong learning;actively participate in practice,rich etiquette industry experience;pay attention to their own words and deeds,fully demonstrate the intensity of etiquette infection,in order to strengthen their own professional knowledge.In classroom teaching,through the comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods,rich teaching presentation;adjust the content of practical teaching to improve the professional fit;strict teaching and training guidance,standardize etiquette training standards;create a good etiquette situation,enhance classroom interaction,so as to effectively control classroom teaching.
