| In recent years,driven by the strategy of rural revitalization,the "three rural" issues,especially rural work,have made considerable progress.The rural infrastructure has been constantly improved,and the entrepreneurial environment has also been improved,creating more opportunities for students from rural students in higher vocational colleges to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.At the same time,with the rise of the "double innovation" wave,the state has successively issued many entrepreneurial support policies,creating more entrepreneurial opportunities for students from rural students in higher vocational colleges to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship.The economic level of Guangdong Province is relatively high,but the economic development of each city in Guangdong Province is quite different.Guangzhou is a key city for vocational education.There are a large number of students in rural areas,including eastern and western Guangdong,a small number of rural areas in other provinces,and the Pearl River Delta.Studying the return of entrepreneurs from rural students in vocational colleges in Guangzhou will help ease employment pressure in large cities,accelerate the implementation of rural revitalization,and at the same time,narrow the gap between rich and poor in Guangdong Province,optimize resource allocation,and strengthen rural economic development The endogenous power has important practical and theoretical significance.On the basis of sorting out the relevant literatures of the predecessors,the survey was conducted by compiling the Questionnaire on the Factors Influencing Rural Students from Guangzhou Higher Vocational Colleges to Return to Hometown for Entrepreneurship,with 1,481 rural students from Guangzhou Higher Vocational Colleges as research objects The way of empirical analysis is to study the factors influencing the willingness of rural students from vocational colleges in Guangzhou to return to their hometowns for entrepreneurship,and to draw conclusions:(1)In addition to professional factors,demographic variables in rural vocational college students are other factors There are significant differences;(2)The three dimensions of entrepreneurial environment and its social environment,economic environment,and family environment have a significant positive impact on the willingness of rural students from vocational colleges to return to their hometowns;(3)entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship The two dimensions of theoretical education and entrepreneurship practice education both positively affect the willingness of rural students from higher vocational colleges to return home and start businesses;(4)The identification of entrepreneurial opportunities significantly affects the willingness of rural students from vocational colleges to return home and start businesses;(5)The internal control personality traits have a significant positive impact on rural students from higher vocational colleges to return to their hometowns to start businesses.Based on this,it is suggested that the government should create good entrepreneurial policies for returning entrepreneurs.Higher vocational colleges should optimize the curriculum system for returning entrepreneurs education,cultivate the entrepreneurial ability of rural students in higher vocational colleges,and create a good Rural entrepreneurial atmosphere. |
