| Objectives:Based on the statistics of the test data of rock climbers before and after the intervention experiment,combined with the Periodic training characteristics of high-level athletes,combined with the characteristics of competitive rock climbing Phy sical fitness and skill-driven events,this paper discusses the impact of forearm weak chain functional training on the Physical fitness level and sports Performance of the national rock climbing team’s triathlon athletes.Methods:In this study,16 rock climbers from the all-around group of the national rock climbing team and the all-around group of the Provincial rock climbing teams were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group with 8 each according to the results of the trials.The experimental group and the control group were intervened for 13 weeks by using the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.Before,during(the second month)and after the experiment(the third month),the special strength scores and the special competition scores were tested,and the FMS(functional sports screening test)scores were tested before and after the experiment.Variance analysis and paired sample T test were conducted respectively to analyze the impact of functional training and traditional Physical training methods on the Performance of high-level rock climbing athletes.Results:(1)Statistical analysis of body composition test results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups in weight and body fat rate(p>0.05).(2)Statistical analysis of special strength quality data:in the kneading force test,the improvement data of the experimental group after intervention had statistically significant differences(P≤0.05)between the experimental group and the experimental group before and after the experiment,while the control group had statistically significant differences(P≤0.05)between the experimental group and the experimental group before and after the experiment.In the Finger Bar Endurance(MTH14)test,the three months after the intervention of the experimental group had statistically significant differences(P≤0.05),Among them,the data of the experimental group was significantly improved during the experiment and after the experiment,There was a statistically significant difference in the improvement data between the experiment and after the experiment(P≤0.05),among which the improvement data of the experimental group before and after the experiment were very significant(P<0.01),and the improvement data of the control group before and during the experiment were significantly different(P≤0.05).(3)According to the statistical analysis of FMS functional motion screening test results,the experimental group had statistically significant improvement in the improvement of hurdle step,active straight leg lifting,trunk push up,and rotation stability screening scores(P<0.05),of which the improvement in hurdle step was very significant(P=0.011),while the control group had no statistically significant difference in the improvement of all seven motion screening test scores(P>0.05).(4)According to the statistical analysis of the results of the triathlon competition,there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the three months in the control group(P>0.05).Before and after the experiment in the experimental group,there was a statistically significant difference(P≤0.05)in the improvement of the results of the climbing line race between the experiment and after the experiment,among which the data in the experimental group before and after the experiment were significantly improved(P<0.01).In the difficulty competition data,there was no statistically significant difference in the three months of improvement in the control group(P>0.05).Before and during the experiment,there was a statistically significant difference(P≤0.05)in the improvement range of the difficulty line race scores before and after the experiment in the experimental group,among which the data improvement before and after the experiment in the experimental group was very significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)In terms of Physical fitness test items,functional training has a small impact on the level of kneading force,and has a significant impact on the improvement of the other three Physical fitness tests,which is significantly better than traditional training.(2)At the FMS functional action screening level,functional training has a significant effect on the improvement of hurdles,trunk push-ups and rotation stability,which shows that it is helpful for the improvement of hip joint flexibility and core strength control of rock climbers.(3)In terms of the performance of the triathlon,functional training has improved the maximum forearm muscle strength and forearm endurance of rock climbers,so the improvement of the performance of the triathlon is higher than that of traditional training. |
