| "Core literacy" is the focus of attention in the education circle at present.As the core literacy of mathematics,computing ability appears in the curriculum standards of high school mathematics and compulsory education mathematics,and its importance is selfevident.The research content of computing ability mainly includes connotation determination,structure level,current situation investigation and cultivation strategy.The research on connotation determination is relatively mature.At present,many researchers mainly study the current situation investigation and cultivation strategy,while the construction and verification of evaluation index system as an important premise of such research is often ignored.Therefore,this paper tries to construct a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of eighth grade students’ computing ability.On the basis of literature analysis and expert consultation.the evaluation index system of computing ability of eighth grade students is initially proposed.The corresponding test paper was compiled,and three potential factors were obtained through the exploratory factor analysis of the students’ test data.The subscales corresponding to the three potential factors were analyzed through the second-order exploratory factor analysis.Finally.the index system was modified to include three first-level indicators,nine second-level indicators and twenty-six third-level indicators.Based on the confirmatory factor analysis of the modified index system,combined with relevant literature,it is finally determined that the computing ability evaluation index system of eighth grade students includes three first-level indexes:solving arithmetic problems,forming arithmetic thinking,and developing arithmetic attitude.Arithmetic problem solving includes four second-level indexes:perceiving the information of the problem.mastering arithmetic methods,obtaining arithmetic results,and interpreting the verification results.The formation of operational thinking includes three secondary indexes:understanding operational theory,exploring operational thoughts and applying ideological methods.The formation of operational attitude includes two secondary indexes:finding operational problems and designing operational problems.According to the verified evaluation index system,the expert questionnaire was constructed.and the weights of indexes at all levels were obtained by AHP.It is found that the evaluation of the eighth grade students’ arithmetic ability mainly focuses on two secondary indexes:mastering arithmetic methods and understanding arithmetic. |
