| Based on the theories of 16 word requirements for History of the Communist Party of China learning,quality onion model and achievement motivation,the research adopts the research method of educational case study and supplemented by the data analysis of questionnaire and interview survey to investigate the subject core literacy of history teachers in two Township High Schools in Guangxi Through in-depth interviews and comprehensive data collection,we can understand and master the status and problems of the discipline core literacy of township high school history teachers,and use Nvivo20 plus,SPSS 26,SO JUMP,i Flytek transcription and other data processing media for scientific analysis to explore the causes and build an improvement path.The research will help to strengthen the theoretical arm of party history,enrich the research on the core quality of history teachers,the professional development of history teachers,and the core quality of history teachers’ disciplines,and provide a theoretical reference for the educational reform of rural and township high schools.The main problems of the history teachers in township high schools in the core literacy of the subject are: lack of knowledge of party history,new ideas and old ideas,new technology and old classroom conflicts,lack of class management theory and home-school communication;Overall weak,helpless to reality,inferiority,lack of high-quality teachers,it is difficult to implement individualized teaching,all kinds of frustrate teachers’ confidence,faith and professional belief;Social expectations and social respect do not harmonize,the image in students’ mind needs to be improved;They are not good at career planning,students are tired of learning,they encounter new situations every day,it is difficult to select senior titles,and teachers’ education actions are blocked.The reasons for the above problems are: chores,frequent meetings,hard to study,the atmosphere of learning party history in township high school is not strong,trapped in personal time and energy;There are many students from divorced or left-behind families,and their parents’ cultural level and economic level are limited.Lack of internal support in the education system,family concerns,job burnout,few professional title issues,few awards.According to the problems and their causes,the following countermeasures are put forward: to build the atmosphere of learning party history in township senior high schools,and to strengthen teacher training;The local government should do everything possible to retain parents,set up more family education schools,and vigorously introduce and retain senior talents.Implement teachers’ awards and allowances,strengthen the construction of principals’ leadership,and reshape teachers’ personal image;and fully support teachers’ professional development,strive to improve teachers’ attractiveness and maintain an appropriate level of achievement motivation.In the future,such researches can further focus on teachers’ achievement motivation,combine students’ subject core literacy,enrich the explanation of teachers’ subject core literacy,and increase the number of surveyed teachers.In the final analysis,the core literacy of history teachers is a kind of ability,a kind of advanced ability and human ability to solve complex problems.Literacy requires teachers to learn to use expert thinking to deal with history education and teaching problems,improve personal moral consciousness,and take the initiative to be responsible for history and students. |
