Ability to improve engineering from 1.0 to 2.0,can be said to be the qualitative leap,2.0 times has basically completed the school informatization construction equipment,new problems are teachers seem to be the use of equipment did not meet expectations,although there is evidence that the influence of technology on current education practice and policy,as well as the potential to change the traditional education concept,in many cases,The use of technology in the classroom is still minimal,and teachers do not seem to be using technology effectively for teaching.Teachers are key to the effective integration of technology in many education systems,so it is important to understand the factors that prevent them from using technology to teach.In their workplaces,teachers face a lot of pressure and expectations from different institutions,many of whom want them to use technology to test what it can do,but teachers’ acceptance of technology and its use for teaching is influenced by many interacting variables that promote or discourage teacher use of technology,And promote teachers to accept and use is the school managers,technical advocates and a key challenge for the government agencies,then first needs to analyze factors hindering the research on the teachers’ use of technology,and only by understanding these factors,analysis the will and the influencing factors of teachers using information technology,trying to eliminate obstacles problems,to promote the teachers to accept and use,To make technology truly serve teaching.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the influencing factors of teachers’ willingness to use information technology.After determine the research question in this paper,by analyzing about teachers’ information technology used in recent years the will of the research direction and the conclusion,understand the current situation and deficiencies,then clarify the relevant theoretical model,choose to use the UTAUT model as the main theoretical basis,combined with classroom observation and teacher interviews,to increase the internal factors and external factors of two variables,Preliminary build the teachers’ information technology use will influence factors model,and puts forward hypothesis,design the questionnaire,the questionnaire survey to 350 teachers,then test reliability and validity of using SPSS software,then use AMOS software model validation and analysis,this research institute building according to the result of analysis,puts forward some proposals from different aspects.It is hoped that the suggestions of this study can provide some help in promoting the use of information technology by teachers.The results show that performance expectation,internal factors,external factors and attitude have direct influence on willingness to use.Gender has significant differences in external factors,attitude and willingness to use.There is no significant difference in influencing factors among teachers of different ages and teaching ages.Teachers with different educational backgrounds have significant differences in community influence and willingness to use.Teachers with different information technology proficiency have significant differences in various influencing factors.Based on the research results,some suggestions are put forward :(1)from the perspective of teachers,it is suggested that teachers update their ideas,keep pace with The Times,and actively explore the excellent practice of integrating information technology with teaching;(2)From the perspective of teaching management,it is suggested to communicate more with other schools,encourage teachers to use information technology,suggest corresponding reward mechanisms,enhance teachers’ sense of self-efficacy,and improve the existing teacher training methods;(3)From the technical research and development level,use easy-to-use and appropriate information technology,understand the needs of teachers,develop high-quality courseware,improve product compatibility.
