Political identity literacy is the key content of the core literacy of the subject of high school ideology and politics class,and is the inner soul and value guide of other literacies.Cultivating political identity literacy among high school students is an inevitable requirement of the Party and the state for high school ideology and politics courses.Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,as a new module in high school ideology and politics,has the main course objective of cultivating students’ political identity literacy,which is a key vehicle for implementing the fundamental task of establishing moral education.To strengthen the cultivation of political identity literacy of high school students,we should focus on the role of the high school "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" course for the cultivation of students’ political identity literacy,so that they can better practice the core socialist values,grow up to be the new man of the times for the comprehensive construction of the modern socialist country,and dedicate themselves to the comprehensive construction of the modern socialist country.In this context,the value and feasibility of cultivating students’ political identity competence in the teaching of socialism with Chinese characteristics in high schools are clarified on the basis of the relevant concepts and content of cultivation.Through questionnaires and interviews,we analyse the problems in the cultivation of students’ political identity in the teaching of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in senior secondary schools,specifically: students do not have a solid grasp of the foundations of political theory,their political ideals and beliefs are not firm enough,and their political practice is not active enough;some teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of political identity,the cultivation method is backward and single,and the evaluation system of students’ classroom teaching is unreasonable.The system of evaluation of students’ classroom teaching is unreasonable.In addition,some teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of political identity,the method of cultivation is backward and single,and the evaluation system of students’ classroom teaching is unreasonable.In response to the above problems and causes,corresponding strategies are proposed from four aspects: educators,teaching methods,teaching objects and teaching evaluation,which include the following aspects: enhancing teachers’ awareness of cultivation and improving their ability to teach politics;using teaching methods flexibly to improve the effectiveness of political teaching;based on students’ learning situation analysis to promote students’ all-round development;and establishing a teaching evaluation system to bring into play the effectiveness of multiple evaluations.On the basis of theory and practice,a teaching case is designed from the perspectives of teaching ideas,teaching design,teaching process,and teaching reflection,taking "The Chinese Dream for the Great Revival of the Chinese Nation" as an example,in order to provide a methodological reference for high school political teachers and give full play to the value of cultivating students’ political identity literacy in teaching "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics".
