| The cultivation of innovative talents is a national education priority,and it is also an area that we need to pay attention to and improve.At present,there is a lack of cultivation of innovative talents at the basic education stage in China,and there is a lack of mature policies and cultivation systems.Schools should recognize the importance of cultivating innovative talents as early as possible,not only in the higher education stage,but also in the early cultivation of innovative talents,and devote themselves to cultivating innovative talents in the basic education stage,especially in the secondary school stage.To explore strategies for early cultivation of innovative talents,it is necessary to identify problems based on the actions already taken by schools,and then make scientific and reasonable corrections and optimizations for the problems.Data-driven plays an important role in the process of problem identification and strategy research by providing theories and methods for comprehensive data collection,obtaining supporting evidence and supporting scientific decision-making.This study is to integrate the data-driven approach with the problem of early cultivation of innovative talents,and seeks to collect data on the current situation,practices,and problems of talent cultivation in schools,analyze and summarize the data,obtain the cultivation problems faced by schools,then make decisions in response to the problems,and finally propose reasonable problem-solving strategies to provide guidance in optimizing the cultivation of innovative talents at the secondary school level.The main research methods used in this study are content analysis,case study,interview method and questionnaire method.First,the content analysis method was used to sort out the practices and initiatives regarding the early cultivation of innovative talents and to sort out the relevant theoretical knowledge about data-driven in order to clarify the theoretical basis and current status of the study.Then,a case study was used to investigate Beijing W High School,and in-depth interviews were conducted with teachers and graduates with innovative potential at the school using the interview method to understand the important initiatives and the extent and problems of innovative talent cultivation at the school.Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted among the students to collect data on students’ satisfaction with the school’s talent development and to identify students’ confusion and problems,so as to collect further data on the school’s problems in talent development and to propose improvement strategies for the problems.Finally,education experts,teachers and administrators of W schools were invited to evaluate the proposed strategies using the questionnaire method,and the strategies were optimized and improved based on the evaluation suggestions..The results of this study mainly include the following three aspects:First,combine the data-driven theoretical method with the content of early training of innovative talents,and construct the research framework of early training strategies of innovative talents.This study constructs the research framework from six parts:objectives,data,information,knowledge,action and results,and proposes five steps of conducting research.Secondly,it puts forward the early training of innovative talents for the experimental school.In this study,through the collection,processing,analyzing and integrating the school data,the school talent training problems,and then the school problems and scientific evidence,mainly from the school,teachers,students and parents,which are:schools should accurately control and adjust;individualized teaching and management of students;students should fully recognize their own needs and interests;parents should pay close attention to student dynamics,and make home-school cooperation.Third,through the evaluation of the later strategy,to verify the effectiveness of the strategy and to optimize and improve the strategy.This study to evaluate each strategy,the evaluation results show that the proposed strategy in line with the school innovation talents early training target,has a certain scientific and forceability,but also exist unreasonable place,and according to the evaluation results to improve the unreasonable strategy,provide guidance for experimental school and other middle school talent training. |
