| The drug problem persisted at home and abroad and was in urgent need of a solution.With China’s reform and opening up,the frequency of domestic and foreign goods transactions has increased,and drug trade has also emerged in an endless stream.Community detoxification originated in the United States in the 1970s,and the rehabilitation methods implemented by community detoxification centers can help detoxification addicts.Since the promulgation of the "Anti-Narcotics Law of the People’s Republic of China",China has implemented a mixture of voluntary drug rehabilitation,compulsory drug rehabilitation and community drug rehabilitation,and has established an anti-narcotics system with local characteristics by combining the situation of each city,street office and village and town to promote the development of China’s anti-drug work.This article takes Lin Mou,a community drug rehabilitation personnel of the H Village Committee of W Town,Sihui City,as an example,to find the problems and needs of the service recipients by checking the detailed information of the registered drug addicts,and use professional means and methods to carry out case work intervention.In individual cases,anti-drug social workers use semi-structured interviews and participatory observation methods to investigate the needs of the clients themselves,and use social support theory and ecosystem theory to intervene in the individuals,families and communities of the clients.Guide service recipients to accept three-year community drug rehabilitation,link relevant resources to help service recipients apply for disability certificates,use rational emotion therapy to analyze the irrational beliefs of service recipients,and correct wrong beliefs.In addition,the dependence problem of service recipients to quit heart addiction is analyzed to help service recipients quit heart addiction faster and achieve psychological rehabilitation.Improve the communication style of the clients and ease the relationship with the son and the neighbor.At the same time,it excavates the interests and hobbies of the service recipients,relieves the irritable emotions,increases the love of life,improves their ability to survive,and enhances the confidence to get rid of drugs.Review the entire process of intervention,evaluate the process and results of case development,and analyze the shortcomings and advantages of social workers in case service.Through the help of social workers,it was found that for drug addicts,it is not only necessary to pay attention to the physiological withdrawal of drug addicts,but more importantly,to pay attention to the withdrawal of their heart addiction."Heart addiction" is difficult to eradicate for drug addicts,and it is necessary to carry out psychological counseling,use family support and social support,and enhance the confidence of drug addicts to quit drugs,which can effectively reduce the relapse rate and achieve long-term drug rehabilitation. |
