| The rapid development of my country’s economy has brought about great changes in the social structure.Under the influence of social changes,population migration has become more and more common in the way of "family-oriented" migration.Migrant families can enjoy the high-quality social resources of modern cities while migrating their family upbringing ability.also face new challenges.Gratitude education is an important way for children to develop good gratitude qualities.As the basic basic unit of society,the family attaches great importance to gratitude education in the family education environment.Under the support of traditional moral education,explore family gratitude education in the context of the new era,and use the family as an important position for gratitude education to improve children’s awareness of gratitude The development of family gratitude education is conducive to the healthy and comprehensive long-term development of migrating children who are growing up,and can also promote the overall development of migrating families and create a good social morality.This study is based on the social work intervention community home education program that the researchers were exposed to during their professional internship.The project serves the Tong J community in Xiamen City,and the service targets are children aged 6-12 and parent-child families in the community.Through the visit and investigation,it was found that the population structure of J community is complex,and most of them are migrated families.Therefore,the researchers intervene in the efficacy of family gratitude education for 6-12-year-old migrating children in J community,combined with the researcher’s investigation and visiting data during the practice process,to explore the developmental difficulties of family gratitude education for migrating children in J community.Through the investigation of the status quo of migrant families,it is found that the transformation of family structure,formalized moral education,alienation of family parent-child relationship,and the influence of parents’ quality,and the impact of diversified values in modern cities have caused family gratitude education.missing.To this end,we try to analyze the reasons for the problems of gratitude education in the family from the aspects of parents’ quality,family interpersonal relationship,gratitude consciousness,gratitude emotion,and gratitude behavior of migrant children,and under the guidance of social work theory,through group intervention methods From the improvement of the educational ability and quality of migrating children and their parents,parent-child relationship,and the transformation of gratitude and awareness behavior,etc.,improve the effectiveness of family gratitude education for migrating children,give play to the positive function of family gratitude education,and solve the problem of family development of migrating children.Finally,in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the whole practical process,suggestions for improvement and practical reflection are put forward.The following conclusions are drawn through the research: First,through group activities,to change some of the unhealthy educational concepts and methods of the parents of migrating children,it can enhance the gratitude consciousness of the main body of gratitude education in the family of immigrant children,that is,the parents of the main body of education understand and attach importance to gratitude education.Secondly,improving the communication skills between parents and children through interactive learning improves the family parent-child relationship,and finally,through the implementation of gratitude behaviors,children’s awareness of social responsibility is cultivated,and children’s deviant behaviors are avoided to promote children’s prosocial behaviors.Reviewing the whole group intervention process,in the group process,parents should give full play to the role of parents in family gratitude education,including parents’ self-education,improving their own ability and quality,and at the same time paying attention to the influence of parents on their children’s education.At the same time,carrying out the study of positive communication skills,establishing a good and harmonious parent-child relationship,and paying attention to the implementation of gratitude behaviors are important contents of group intervention in family gratitude education effectiveness. |
