In 2018,President Xi delivered an important speech at the National Education Conference and made a profound elaboration on family education from the height of "four firsts".It is pointed out that "Family is the first school of life,and parents are the first teachers of children.It is necessary to teach children the" first lesson of life "and help to buckle the first button of life." Newcomers of the era of rejuvenation must attach great importance to family education.As for the construction of family education,family education of floating children is an important part and a short board.Since the 1980 s,the rapid development of the economy has led to major changes in the social structure.The scale of social mobility brought by social transformation has become larger and larger,bringing many challenges to society and families.Along with the movement of population,a series of social problems have arisen,among which the problem of parent-child education of migrant children has become increasingly prominent.The family is the basic support for the integration of migrant children,the starting point of personal socialization,and the first place for the formation of world outlook,values,and outlook on life.The issue of parent-child education for migrant children needs urgent attention.This article uses the questionnaire survey conducted by the author on the parent-child education of migrant children's families in Shenzhen A community as the starting point to analyze the problems and needs of parent-child education in this group of families.Based on this,the social learning theory and advantage perspective theory are Under the guidance,formulate a group service plan that meets the parent-child education of migrant children in A community and carry out the implementation of the plan.For the effect of group work intervention,this study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate from two aspects of process evaluation and result evaluation.The study found that the parent-child education ability of migrant children's families is weak,and parent-child education resources are scarce.Social work involved in parent-child education of migrant children's families can effectively improve the parent-child education ability of migrant children's parents,improve parent-child relationships,and improve the community parent-child education environment. |
