Today,the state has formulated many new regulations and measures for education reform.As one of the important components,physical education(PE)has received more and more attention.All colleges and universities actively responded to the call of the state and made corresponding efforts to the school’s PE.From the teaching staff,curriculum formulation,teaching methods,sports facilities to sports curriculum evaluation,preliminary results have been achieved.However,through an in-depth investigation and understanding of the content of PE courses for undergraduates in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics(SUFE),it is found that there are still some problems that deserve enough attention:(1)PE emphasizes too much in skill training,to some extend ignoring ideological and political education,and physical education.The role in the task of cultivating people has not been fully exerted.The focus of the work is on the teaching of students’ skills,which weakens the cultivation of students’ ideology and morality;(2)The key position of the results in the entire evaluation is overemphasized,and the evaluation focuses on the stock and ignores the process evaluation.,it is unfair to students with large differences in physical quality;(3)students outside the PE course are not enthusiastic about exercise,do not want to enter the playground,lack interest in sports,and do not pay enough attention to physical health testing and extracurricular exercise,There is an urgent need to develop extracurricular sports resources to create more sports time and space for students.But after the reform of PE teaching in SUFE,how will it further develop? Can the PE teaching reform mobilize the students’ greatest enthusiasm for sports,release the enthusiasm of participating in physical exercise,improve the physical quality of students,cultivate the social responsibility,positive and healthy talents of the new era,and truly achieve the ultimate goal of PE teaching reform? With these questions,this research will conduct an in-depth survey for all aspects around the implementation of PE teaching reformation of SUFE,aiming to understand the real achievements in physical education in SUFE.By finding the existing problems in the reform of PE teaching,we can focus on the pain points and difficulties,and further explore the new approach to adapt to the comprehensive development of talent training goals of SUFE.This paper adopts the methods of literature materials,questionnaires,data measurement,mathematical statistics and other methods to divide into 6 parts to research the effect of the reform of physical education in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics under the background of deepening the reform of education evaluation in the new era.The first part is an overview of the research,which introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic selection;the second part is a literature review,which expounds the definition of relevant concepts,the current situation of sports development at home and abroad,the current situation of college sports development and existing problems,the current situation of college sports reform and its significance.The status quo of reform effect evaluation;the third part explains in detail,using different methods to carry out comparative research before and after the reform of physical education;the fourth part lists the comparison of measures before and after the reform,the effect of ideological and political education,the effect of curriculum evaluation reform,and the integration of inside and outside class.The implementation effect,the implementation effect of the "integration of learning,practice and competition",and the results obtained from the comparison of the students’ physical fitness monitoring results in the two years before and after,make an overall evaluation of the effect of the reform of physical education teaching from the perspectives of teachers and students;the fifth part is this research.Suggestions and general conclusions;the sixth part is innovation,deficiencies and prospects.According to my research,deficiencies and directions worthy of further research are proposed.The following main conclusions are drawn1.The PE teaching reform of SUFE meets the general requirements of the education evaluation reform in the new era,and has received strong support from the university to continuously strengthen the faculty strength and quality.The teacher popularizes the reform plan seriously,and skillfully uses the network platform to carry on the extra-curricular supervision,highlights the peacetime achievement proportion,objectively evaluates the student sports level.The students have high recognition of the PE teaching reform,and the PE teaching reform has enhanced the students’ selfconfidence,sense of gain,sports enthusiasm and active health consciousness;2.After the teaching reform of SUFE,ideological and political education was strengthened,large-scale sports ideological and political themed activities were held,and special competitions and sports clubs were added.To promote the all-round development of students;3.After the PE teaching reform,sophomores in SUFE did not improve their physical health test scores significantly in a short observation period,which requires longterm observation.The physical health test project tests the overall physical quality of students and the synergistic effect of multiple muscle groups,and there are certain differences among students.In the follow-up reform,we should also pay attention to the individual education of students,and gradually carry out training from the body part to the whole.
