As an important part of education,school physical education has been promoting the quality education and health education through carrying out the party's educational policy,and has an irreplaceable role on training high-quality and innovative talents.With the promulgation and implementation of the National Physical Education Teaching Guidelines for General Colleges and Universities,learning interest,mental health and social adaptation of domestic college students are paid more and more attention by society and universities.Nowadays,how to improve and enhance college students' learning interest,mental health and social adaptation has become the emphasis of college physical education reform.In order to bring the quality of physical education to a new level,the public physical education curriculum model has been revised to meet the needs of talent training in colleges and universities in the new period on the basis of summarizing the construction of physical education curriculum and reform practices.This study aims to carry out the “MES” reform of public physical education in Kunming University,which is guided by pedagogy,physical education,and statistical theory.Through the application of literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method,Delphi method,stratified analysis method(AHP),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,putting forward the theoretical basis of constructing a "MES" teaching evaluation system for public physical education in Kunming University and establishing the content and weight of the evaluation index system so that a more scientific,comprehensive and reasonable evaluation model would be built.Furthermore,while verifying the effectiveness of the established evaluation model,this text will reveal some problems in the "MES" teaching of the public physical education curriculum of Kunming University through the practical application of the evaluation index model,thus some advice will be put forward to promote the development of physical education in this university.
