Since the spring semester of 2013,Shanghai has successively implemented the reform of the game specialized physical education curriculum for high schools.The number of pilot schools in the first and second batches has reached 17 and 21,and it will be promoted throughout the city in 2018.How the effect of its implementation needs to be scientifically evaluated.Using research methods such as literature method,survey method,measurement method,classroom observation method,content analysis method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,a historical combing of the development pattern of China's special physical education curriculum and teaching,and the establishment of the evaluation of the effect of Shanghai's high school specialized physical education curriculum reform Indicators to evaluate the effect of the specialization of physical education curriculum reform in senior high schools.According to the evaluation results,problems in the reform of specialized physical education curriculum in high schools were discovered,and an optimization path was proposed.The research finds that: 1)The development of China's special physical education curriculum presents a clear era background.Initially only for sports activists,the emphasis was on improving the athletic ability of some students with a good foundation in sports.Later,it has become a "special elective" sports course that respects the development of students' personality.Today it has evolved into a special sports course led by the discipline sports literacy.Its evolution follows the chain of "Sports ? Personalized Elective ? Discipline Literacy”.2)After the implementation of the reform of the specialized physical education curriculum for high schools in Shanghai,the total score of physical fitness for specialized students has improved.Compared with non-specialized students,specialized students have significant differences in speed quality,male classmate pull-ups,female classmates sit-ups,endurance quality,female classmates' physical function(spiratory capacity),and body shape(BMI)There was no significant difference in standing long jump results,flexibility,and physical function(spiratory capacity)of male students.In addition,with the growth of grades,students' physical fitness has not shown an increasing trend.3)After the reform of specialized physical education curriculum in high schools,students 'motor skills have generally improved,but students' motor skills mastery levels have shown significant differences between different sports.4)Shanghai high school special physical education teaching less time for dynamic exercises,too much static exercise time,insufficient time for medium and high-intensity physical activity,martial arts,volleyball,badminton static activity time reached more than 50%.The eight projects currently underway have not reached the 50% MVPA recommended time for a physical education class stipulated by Healthy People 2010.5)Through comparison with non-specialized students,it is found that high-school specialized students have a relatively high daily high-intensity physical activity time,but only 28.5% of high-school specialized students reach more than 3 times a week and 35 minutes per day in China.Medium and high intensity recommended amount.The average daily high-intensity physical activity time of students shows the characteristics of " sports day> school days> non-sports day> rest days.The intention of physical activity has improved,and the number of independent exercises has increased significantly.6)In the aspect of cultivating sports morality in the special physical education curriculum of high schools,there is a status quo in which there are goals,light content,few methods,and lack of evaluation.7)The reform of specialized physical education curriculum in high schools has fully stimulated students' interest in physical education,especially for female classmates.Compared with non-specialized students,the specialized students showed significant differences in the four dimensions of lack of interest,autonomous inquiry,active interest,and sports attention,but did not show significant differences in the dimensions of sports participation.8)Specialized physical education curriculum reforms have forced teachers to change their teaching behaviors,but there are still many deficiencies in the design behaviors of pre-class teachers,the implementation behaviors of special teachers in class,post-class evaluation and reflective behavior.Aiming at the problems and reasons in the reform of specialized physical education curriculum in high schools,the following optimization paths are proposed: 1)forming a unified consensus,the specialized physical education curriculum is a project-based curriculum;2)expanding resources from society to make up for the resources of specialized physical education curriculum Deficiencies;3)Reasonably set up special items,and develop school-based physical education materials as appropriate to the school;4)Give play to the role of competition,establish a league system with full participation;5)Improve the teaching ability of special teachers,focusing on the transition from fragmented teaching to holistic teaching 6)Overcome individual differences of students and effectively organize hierarchical teaching;7)Improve teaching assessment and speed up the development of juvenile sports skill level standards;8)Focus on monitoring the effectiveness of specialized physical education curriculum reform through dynamic data.
