Under the background that the General Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Education issued the General Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football and Opinions on Accelerating the Development of Youth Campus Football in March and July,2015,respectively,campus football is in full swing all over the country,and its influence is constantly increasing.With the more and more extensive campus football activities in China,the number of football-featured schools has increased,and more and more teenagers have come into contact with and like football.However,judging from the actual development of campus football at present,although the football teachers in primary and secondary schools are constantly expanding on the whole,the level of the football teachers in primary and secondary schools is mixed,which will inevitably hinder the future development of campus football to a certain extent.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the construction and development of campus football teachers in primary and secondary schools,and the development level of physical education major in colleges and universities will affect the training quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools.As one of the important ways to train campus football teachers,the specialized course of college football determines the development level of football teachers in primary and secondary schools in the future.In order to understand the influence of football specialized courses in Nanjing colleges and universities on future football teachers in primary and secondary schools,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of football specialized courses in Nanjing Xiaozhuang University,Nanjing Normal University,Nanjing Institute of Physical Education and Jiangsu Second Normal University by means of literature review,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and draws the following conclusions:1.The gender ratio of students majoring in football in Nanjing universities is out of balance;Students’ sports foundation is quite different and their sports experience is insufficient,which is not conducive to the development of football teachers in the future.The number of students taking specialized football courses can’t meet the needs of football teachers.2.The starting time of specialized football courses in Nanjing colleges and universities can basically meet students’ demand for class hours;Students in specialized classes are mainly engaged in internships in Nanjing primary and secondary schools,which is conducive to the training of football teachers in primary and secondary schools.3.Teachers tend to adopt traditional teaching methods,focusing on football skills teaching,and the teaching hours of theoretical courses are insufficient,lacking the cultivation of students’ teaching ability;The updating of teaching materials is not timely;To a certain extent,it has a negative impact on the construction of football teachers.4.The evaluation methods of football specialized courses in Nanjing universities are relatively traditional,lacking the evaluation of students’ teaching ability,learning attitude and skill improvement;Insufficient construction of small school sites;Students are easily influenced by the external environment when learning specialized football courses,which will restrict the training of football teachers in the future.5.The football teachers of specialized football courses can basically meet the teaching needs;Lack of female football teachers;On-the-job teachers lack the opportunity to go out to study and communicate;Football teachers have low requirements for students’ comprehensive football ability,which is not conducive to the construction of football teachers.In order to strengthen the construction of campus football teachers,train all-round football teachers and optimize specialized football courses,Nanjing universities can adopt the following suggestions:1.In order to create a good football atmosphere in colleges and universities,colleges encourage girls to take specialized courses in football,and students should add basic football skills tests before taking specialized courses in football.2.Optimize the teaching syllabus of specialized football courses,enrich the teaching content,attach importance to the study of theoretical courses and increase the study hours of theoretical courses.In order to improve students’ learning effect,football teachers should use other teaching methods besides traditional teaching methods,such as heuristic teaching method and questioning method.Football teachers should be forward-looking,and new teaching contents should be appropriately added according to the requirements of primary and secondary schools for future football teachers.3.Improve the assessment and evaluation system of specialized courses,update and enrich the assessment content,take full account of the actual situation of students,and incorporate students’ teaching ability,football ability promotion and learning attitude into the assessment and evaluation.4.Colleges and universities should improve the teaching environment of specialized football courses and increase the construction of venues and facilities in colleges and universities,especially the construction of small football venues.Increase the number of football matches in colleges and universities,and train students’ practical ability and technical and tactical level.5.Increase students’ internship time,concentrate on leading students to observe and learn excellent football classes in provinces,cities and districts in the spare time of specialized courses,and improve students’ teaching practice ability.Football teachers improve the requirements of students’ comprehensive football ability.6.Football teachers should take part in training courses and football matches organized by football associations to learn and improve themselves.Teachers in football teaching and research section strengthen communication and learning.Colleges and universities should strengthen the construction of football teachers,increase the budget and send young football teachers to study and exchange.
