Research On The Construction Of High-level Football Teams In Gansu Province From The Perspective Of Campus Football

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that campus football is an integral part of football and a sports power building.The development and promotion of campus football is the first step to change Chinese football’s current situation.Relying on the increasingly perfect elementary school-junior high school-high school-university level 4 football league system of campus football,more young athletes have entered the university campus with the "speciality" of football.Colleges and universities in Gansu Province also took advantage of campus football development’s overall environment to attract some high-level football players with higher technical levels and more vital tactical literacy to enter the university,It has enriched the construction of campus sports culture and added fresh blood to the development of football in our province.However,there are still many problems in the construction of high-level football teams.This article uses the method of literature data,interviews,surveys,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics to investigate and study in detail the recruitment,training,management,training,and competitions of high-level football teams in ordinary colleges and universities in Gansu Province.At present,the development problems faced by high-level football teams in colleges and universities in Gansu Province have summarised,and relevant improvement strategies have proposed for their construction.The main conclusions are as follows:1.There is still a big gap between the high-level football players in various universities in Gansu Province to participate in the World University Games and major sports competitions at home and abroad and transport outstanding athletes.2.There are no professional football clubs,the simplification of team organization mode,and the province’s low football level.It is difficult to attract high-level athletes from other areas,and it is impossible to compete with colleges and universities in other regions.3.The training methods have not updated to enhance training quality,making scientific training content insufficient.4.The insufficient number of high-level football teams in Gansu Province has reduced the number of matches.Besides,the imperfect competition system has led to a decline in the level of athletes themselves.Furthermore,the lack of support in logistics and medical care has led to an increase in athletes’ injuries.5.The contradiction between the learning and training of high-level football players in various colleges and universities in Gansu Province is prominent.The athletes have weak cultural knowledge and cannot fully utilize their sports skills,making high-level athletes not optimistic.Suggest:1.High-level football teams in colleges and universities should continue exploring and exploring new construction ideas and models,cooperating with clubs and enterprises,and striving to use market-oriented and socialized training models as soon as possible.2.For high-level football teams in colleges and universities in Gansu Province,the number of enrollment expanded is better for football clubs,sports schools and football schools should establish to introduce talents,besides establish cooperative relations with middle schools in other provinces to ensure the high level of football players in colleges and universities is also necessary.Competitive level and base of personnel.3.The formulation of the training plan should be more reasonable,scientific,and systematic.To reduce the possibility of sports injuries is necessary,it needs to use the limited resources of colleges and universities to carry out comprehensive logistics services,establish a nutrition security system,and conduct athletes’ medical supervision.4.Gansu Province wants to continue to grow high-level football teams in colleges and universities,it should allow more ordinary college students to join high-level football sports teams,and the participation of more ordinary college students will also enable high-level football sports teams to better integrate into the campus,which is beneficial to Better dissemination of football culture to improve the impact of school sports culture.5.The school should strengthen employment guidance for high-level football players,set up entrepreneurship courses,provide help for athletes with independent entrepreneurial ideas,ensure that athletes have equal employment opportunities in their counterparts,and allow athletes to play their sports skills for employment.
