| Research objective: Pressure training can improve muscle strength, explosive power and endurance in most summer sports(able-bodied),but it is seldom applied in winter sports and disabled athletes. Therefore, whether pressure resistance training can be used to develop the strength of the LL2 level of disabled snowboarders’ lower limbs and reduce the asymmetry coefficient of the lower limbs needs further research and discussion. In order to verify whether compressive resistance training can improve the strength of LL2 level snowboarders’ lower limb and reduce the asymmetry coefficient of lower limb in LL2 level snowboarders’ LL2 level snowboarders’ LL2 level snowboarders’ lower limb.Research methods: in this paper, using the literature material method, interview method, field observation and experimental testing method, comparative method, mathematical statistics, etc.,in China’s winter paralympic snowboarding LL2 level as the subjects, for men and women to their pressure resistance training and related test, test index has a body shape, maximum strength and explosive force, sensitive, and balance, etc. In this study,8 weeks of compressive resistance training was conducted, with residual limb pressurized and healthy limb unpressurized.Intra-group comparison was conducted before and after training, and athletes were tested respectively before and after training, including leg circumference, muscle mass, maximum strength of knee joint, hexagonal jump, modified BASS,standing long jump,CMJ,5-10-5,and comparative analysis was conducted. Results: After 8 weeks of pressure resistance training, the limb circumference of LL2 level snowboarders in winter Paralympic Games changed significantly compared with before training,P =0.002,P < 0.01,indicating a small effect(D =0.33),while the limb circumference of athletes’ healthy limbs did not change significantly,P =0.078,P > 0.05,indicating a small effect(D =0.08).After training, the muscle mass of LL2 level snowboarders increased slightly, but there was no significant change(P > 0.05),and the effect of healthy limb(D =0.11)and residual limb(D =0.05)was insignificant. After 8weeks of compressive resistance training, the peak torque of knee extensor muscle of LL2 level snowboarding athletes had significant changes(P=0.049,P < 0.05),the peak torque of knee extensor muscle of stump had significant changes(P=0.007,P < 0.01),and the flexor muscle force of stump was moderate. The peak torque of knee flexor muscle(P=0.14)and extensor muscle(P=0.293)had no significant change(P > 0.05).After training, the lower limb asymmetry coefficient of LL2 level snowboarders decreased significantly, and the lower limb asymmetry coefficient(D =0.89)was a large effect size. After training, there were significant changes in healthy limb(P=0.006)and residual limb(P=0.001)in CMJ test,P < 0.01,and CMJ was a medium effect size. After training,LL2 level snowboarders’ standing long jump results in winter Paralympic Games had significant changes(P=0.001,P < 0.01),and standing long jump was a small effect size.In the sensitivity test, the time of hexagonal jump was shortened significantly(P=0.012,P< 0.01,d=0.83).Athletes’ 5-10-5 performance improved after training, but there was no significant change,P =0.174,P > 0.05,which was a small effect size.In the balance test, the improved BASS test results have a very significant change,a small effect size,D=0.43;After training, the results of slopestyle slalom of athletes changed significantly,P=0.003,P < 0.01,d=0.87;Obstacle chase results had significant changes,P =0.045,P <0.05,which was a small effect size,D =0.36.Conclusion: Eight weeks of pressure resistance training can improve the limb circumference and muscle strength of LL2 level snowboarders in winter Paralympic Games.Improve the athlete’s lower limb explosive power, agility and balance ability;Lower extremity asymmetry coefficient. For LL2 level snowboarders in the training of the national team, pressure resistance training with the strength of 30%1RM can improve athletes’ performance to a certain extent.Suggestions: Pay attention to the evaluation and monitoring of lower limb asymmetry during training, explore the influence of lower limb asymmetry and various motor abilities, and provide guidance for subsequent control plans.Athletes’ stump atrophy is a problem,so it is necessary to pay attention to pressure resistance training in sports training, and also to find a suitable pressure training model for disabled athletes. |
