different(P<0.01),and the vastus lateralis and vastus medialis were significantly different(P<0.05).Major muscle and rectus femoris showed significant difference(P<0.05).Muscle activation of gluteus maximus, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, and rectus femoris in the experimental group when performing side kicks was significantly different(P<0.05).(5)Compared to the pre-experimental intervention, there was a highly significant difference in the extensor peak torque of the 180°/s knee extensor muscle in the experimental group(P<0.01);The extensor relative peak torque, extensor peak experimental intervention, the experimental group had significant differences in the peak torque of the 180°/s hip extensor, the relative peak torque of the extensor, the peak power of the extensor, and the relative peak power of the extensor(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the 60°/s hip extensor peak torque, flexor peak torque, extensor relative peak torque, extensor peak power, and extensor relative peak power in the experimental group(P<0.05);The extensor peak torque and extensor relative peak power in the control group were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of KAATSU resistance training, comparing the two indicators of lower extremity circumference and body composition,it is found that the increase in lower extremity circumference is due to the increase in muscle mass,so KAATSU training has a good effect on muscle growth.promotion.(2)Through KAATSU training, the strike force of the male Sanda players’ leg technique has been greatly improved. This also proves that the maximum striking power and explosive power of Sanda athletes’ leg technique have been improved through KAATSU training,so that the striking effect of the leg technique will be more obvious, and the completion efficiency of the action will be higher.(3)The degree of muscle activation index is carried out synchronously during the athlete’s kicking process.Through systematic compression resistance training, the activation degree of the muscles of Sanda athletes can be improved, which further verifies that KAATSU training can improve the muscle recruitment of Sanda athletes.Build muscle strength.(4)KAATSU training significantly improves and strengthens the extensors and flexors of the knee joints of Sanda athletes. The effect of KAATSU training on restricting blood flow and traditional resistance training can better exercise the relevant muscle groups. Therefore, the start-up speed and hitting power of the athlete’s legs in the offensive and defensive counterattacks are also accelerated with the increase of power.(5)With the aid of KAATSU training, the strength of the hip muscle group is significantly improved. Therefore, the kick-up speed of the athlete and the heavy blow after the kick-up will be more effective, the striking effect will be more obvious, and the movement from kick-up to kick-in will be more balanced and perfect. |
