| Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the use of pressure training interventions in the daily training of sparring specialties can improve the level of explosive power of the upper limbs and the striking power of punching attacks compared to traditional explosive power training.By applying pressure training to sparring physical training, the effect of pressure training on the explosive power of the upper limbs will be investigated to provide a theoretical basis for future scientific training of sparring students to improve the explosive power of the upper limbs.Method:Using literature, expert interviews, questionnaires, experimental methods and mathematical statistics,20 college students from Shandong College of Physical Education were randomly divided into an experimental group(pressure training,N=10)and a control group(traditional explosive strength training,N=10)for a period of 6 weeks, with 3experimental training sessions per week.Based on the literature method combined with the expert interview method, the training methods and testing indexes were initially screened according to the research needs, and the final training methods and testing indexes were determined through two rounds of questionnaire distribution by the questionnaire survey method, and finally the experimental data were analyzed and discussed using mathematical and statistical methods.Result:First, upper limb maximal strength index. After the training intervention of bench press1 RM,there was a highly significant difference(P < 0.01)between the test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment;there was a highly significant difference(P < 0.01)between the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment;there was no control group after the experiment(P > 0.05).30% 1RM bench press performance(power),there was a highly significant difference between the pre and post test performance of the experimental group(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P >0.05).For the 30% 1RM bench press performance(power),there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the pre-test and post-test performance of the experimental group;there was a significant difference(P < 0.05)between the pre-test and post-test performance of the control group;there was no significant difference(P > 0.05)between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment.Thirdly, the upper limb specific explosive strength index. After the training intervention(1)10s rapid weighted punch, there was a significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(P >0.05);there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P > 0.05).(2)For the barrel one-arm push(left),there was a highly significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);there was a highly significant difference between the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P <0.05).For the gun barrel one-arm push(right),there was a highly significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);there was a significant difference between the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(P < 0.05);there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P > 0.05).(3)Combination punch striking ability(punch-punch-through),there was a significant difference between the test scores of the experimental group before and after the experiment(P < 0.01);there was a significant difference between the test scores of the control group before and after the experiment(P <0.05);there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference between the pre and post-test scores of the experimental group and the post-test scores of the control group(P <0.05)in the ability to hit with the combination of punches after the training intervention(punch-copy-strike);there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Conclusion 1: Pressurisation training can significantly improve the general explosive power and maximum strength of the upper limbs of students in sparring specialties, and has a better training effect on the combination punching ability and punching articulation ability in special explosive power. Conclusion 2: Traditional explosive strength training can significantly improve the general explosive strength of the upper limbs of sparring students, and can significantly improve the maximum strength of the upper limbs, but has no significant effect on improving the boxing articulation of sparring students. Conclusion 3: Both pressure training and traditional explosive training can improve the general explosive strength and maximum strength of the upper limbs of sparring students to a certain extent, but pressure training is more significant in improving the performance of the non-dominant side of special explosive strength compared to traditional explosive training. |
