From the perspective of the Internet,the application of information technology and multimedia technology is becoming more and more active.The reform in the field of education in the new era puts forward new requirements for physical education classroom teaching.In the post epidemic era,how to better apply information technology in physical education classroom teaching to help improve teaching results has become a hot topic in the new era.This study uses the network education platform and offline practice classroom to carry out mixed teaching,and applies it to the teaching practice of Cheerleading in Colleges and universities.The purpose is to enrich diversified teaching means,form an inquiry and independent teaching mode,and promote students’ physical quality The development of skill level and emotional will quality will further optimize the classroom teaching effect of cheerleading.Using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this study takes the freshmen of Cheerleading elective course of Shanghai University of Finance and economics as the experimental objects,and is divided into 24 in the experimental group and 24 in the control group.Before the experiment,the homogeneity of the subjects was tested in three aspects: physical quality,cheerleading technical level and emotional will quality.After the test,there was no significant difference,which provided a guarantee for the conclusion of this study.In the 16 week teaching experiment,the experimental group used the mode of online and offline mixed teaching,and the control group carried out the traditional three-stage teaching.At the same time,in order to ensure the scientificity and effectiveness of the experiment,the experimental group and the control group were taught by the same teacher,the teaching content and teaching environment were consistent,the form of students’ skill score was the separation of teaching and examination,and the teachers did not participate in the skill score.Before and after teaching,the physical quality and skill level were tested and the pre-test questionnaire was distributed and recovered.After the teaching experiment,the test and post-test questionnaires were distributed and recovered for the two groups of experimental subjects again,and the test data were used in spss26 0 for analysis.After 16 weeks of teaching experiment,the test results are as follows:(1)The overall physical health level of the students in the experimental class and the control class has a small increase compared with that before.The physical health level of the students in the experimental class in the two items of vital capacity and sit ups is higher than that of the students in the control class.(2)The average skill score of the students in the experimental class was better than that of the students in the control class,and the difference was large(P < 0.01).(3)After the experiment,the data show that the students in the two classes have improved in learning interest,learning attitude,cooperative spirit and emotional will;The learning interest and cooperative spirit of the students in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the control class(P < 0.01).There were some differences in emotional will quality between the students in the experimental class and the control class(P < 0.05).The learning attitude of the students in the experimental class and the control class was improved,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The following conclusions are drawn:(1)On-line and off-line mixed teaching can improve students’ physical quality in vital capacity and sit-ups.(2)On-line and off-line hybrid teaching can better improve the level of students’ cheerleading skills.(3)On-line and off-line mixed teaching can effectively improve students’ interest in learning and cultivate students’ positive and good quality of will.To sum up,online and offline mixed teaching can help improve the teaching effect of cheerleading.
