In 2021,the Ministry of Education and four other departments issued opinions advocating for accelerated integration of online and offline education. However, this poses challenges for primary and secondary school teaching management. It is necessary to explore effective integration of online and offline teaching.Studying blended learning management is of great significance. This study employs literature review, case analysis, questionnaire survey, and teacher interviews as research methods. The study investigates the management of blended learning at X high school before and after the epidemic.Three hundred questionnaires were distributed,of which 297 were collected. The teacher interviewees were nine teachers at X high school. The results show that the management level of blended learning at X high school has significantly improved after the epidemic. The school and teachers have bolstered their support and implementation of blended learning.Improvements include enhancing pre-learning through online interaction, enriching offline classroom experience through online resources, and expanding after-class learning options with personalized projects. However, issues remain. Therefore, based on a high school history class, this study proposes optimization strategies: developing a personalized pre-learning plan before class, designing a student-centered face-to-face classroom during class, and providing after-class learning projects at different levels.
