| "If the nation is to rejuvenate,the countryside must be rejuvenated",since the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China formally proposed the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" and the "Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)" have been successively promulgated,pointing out that it is necessary to build "a prosperous industry,a livable ecology,a civilized rural style,effective governance,and a prosperous life".modern countryside.Since rural revitalization was first written into the Central No.1 document in 2018,the Central No.1 document has proposed to deploy rural revitalization at a higher level,promote the integrated development of rural industries,implement rural leisure tourism improvement plans,and start the implementation of cultural Empower the rural revitalization plan.It is proposed to give full play to the function of local characteristic cultural resources,realize the integration of culture and tourism,and the integration of sports and tourism,drive the development and transformation of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,increase employment,and realize the overall revitalization of the countryside.Based on the above background,from the perspective of the rural revitalization strategy,this paper uses the literature method,field survey method and other research methods to investigate the inheritance and development status of the dragon boat culture in Yunlong Town,Ningbo City,and sort out the history,inheritance and contemporary times of the Yunlong dragon boat culture.Practical path,analyzes the value of cloud dragon boat culture in rural revitalization construction and the current problems in rural revitalization construction,and puts forward relevant construction strategies to further play the role of folk sports culture in rural revitalization construction.Through investigation and analysis,the research believes that the value of Yunlong dragon boat culture in rural revitalization construction is as follows:(1)Yunlong dragon boat culture can promote the prosperity of the industry.Through the influence of the spirit of dragon boat culture,the enthusiasm of local residents for production and labor has been improved,the dragon boat culture has been branded,and it has been creatively implanted into rural industries,which has promoted the integrated development of rural industries.(2)Yunlong dragon boat culture can promote ecological livability.The development of dragon boat cultural activities has promoted the improvement of local infrastructure construction and living environment,enhanced the ecological and environmental protection awareness of dragon boat team members to love and protect water,and promoted the construction of beautiful villages.(3)Yunlong and dragon boat culture can promote rural civilization.The dragon boat spirit of "working together in the same boat and striving to be the first" has a subtle educational function and a social function of cohesiveness,improving the quality of residents and the level of rural culture and improving the relationship between group leaders.(4)Cloud dragon and dragon boat culture can promote effective governance.The cloud dragon boat culture has been integrated into the construction of the rule of law,the rule of virtue,the self-government system and the grass-roots party and group construction in the countryside.(5)Yunlong and dragon boat culture can promote national fitness.Dragon boat cultural activities have promoted the improvement of villagers’ awareness of fitness,promoted the improvement of sports organizations,enriched the residents’ sports and cultural life,and enhanced their sense of gain and happiness.Although great achievements have been made in the construction of Ningbo Yunlong Dragon Boat Culture Town under the background of the rural revitalization strategy,there are still insufficient and unbalanced problems that need to be improved:(1)The positioning of the mass dragon boat system is deviated and the main needs of the masses are ignored.(2)The top-level design of cultural and sports tourism is not perfect,and the industrial features and functions are not prominent enough.(3)The talent support for rural revitalization is relatively lacking,and the talent service system is not perfect.(4)The external publicity of the brand is not strong enough,and the external influence of culture is insufficient.In response to the above problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)Accurate positioning,innovating the mass demand supply system(2)Overall planning,strengthening the linkage of cultural and tourism resource systems(3)Internal training and external introduction,and building internal and external linkage talent service system(4)Multi-party Propaganda,boosting the flow of cultural tourism market. |
