In the era of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,competition between companies is growing.Facing the fierce competitive environment,in order to obtain survival and development,enterprises need to strengthen cost management to reduce expenditure on the one hand,and use business model innovation to improve value on the other hand,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing revenue and reducing expenditure.At the same time,under the development of Internet technology and the emergence of new business models,the cost management mode and business model of traditional enterprises are facing severe challenges.Enterprises and consumers are not only the relationship between producers and consumers.Enterprises should pay more attention to user experience and listen to consumers’ opinions while providing products and services.Consumers also want to participate in the production and manufacturing process of products.Value co-creation theory provides a theoretical basis for the cooperation between enterprises and consumers,and points out the direction for the innovation of enterprise business model.Combined with the value co-creation theory,this paper studies the part-time strategy of s online education company by using the methods of literature research,quantitative research,qualitative research and case analysis.Firstly,through the analysis of the external environment of online education industry and the internal development of S company,this paper introduces the background of part-time strategy.Then,combined with the value co-creation theory,this paper analyzes the strategy from the perspectives of enterprises and users,and finds the shortcomings and optimization space in the process of strategy implementation.Finally,optimization suggestions are proposed for these issues and safeguards are proposed.This case studies the construction of value co-creation system from a strategic perspective,and systematically studies the management of co-creation process,the motivation of participants,influencing factors and interaction mechanism,which enriches the research of value co-creation theory.Taking the application of value co-creation theory in practical production activities as a case,this paper reflects the concept of the combination of production and learning,which has theoretical and practical significance.The text expects to solve the problems existing in the company’s strategy through the research on the part-time strategy of S company,provide reference schemes for labor-intensive industries on how to reduce costs,improve human efficiency and enhance competitiveness,and provide specific operable methods for companies in the same type of service industry on how to realize and create user value. |
