| Talent is a strategic resource to realize economic development and win competitive advantages.In the era of digital economy,talent plays a role in driving force the development of a region more prominent.At the present stage,governments at all levels across the country have realized the important value of talents for development,and the competition for talents is more fierce.In the background of digitalization,how the government makes use of the technological advantages brought by digitalization to do a good job of talent work is a topic for local governments to think about.This study mainly studies the background of the county talent work countermeasures,in order to study for the current local government in the construction of digital talent platform and talent work to provide some reference,mainly using questionnaire survey and interview,Zhejiang Lishui city qingtian county in talent work some practice as a case analysis object,on the basis of system talent work theory,for qingtian county in the digital background talent work practice,effectiveness and insufficiency,find out the current qingtian county in the talent work.Research found: qingtian county in the construction of digital talent platform has made some achievements,"qingtian global digital talent map wisdom selected talent platform" prototype,but at present qingtian county in talent work mainly has a lack of consciousness of building digital talent platform,insufficient investment in talent work,the lack of talent introduction planning,lack of reasonable talent evaluation standard,the government policy is difficult.For these specific problems in this study put forward the countermeasures are: the local government to strengthen the digital thinking,adhere to the "government-led,multi-subject participation" digital platform construction mode,continue to accelerate the construction of local digital talent platform and development,the use of digital technology to do a good job of talent propaganda,relying on the digital platform to strengthen the introduction of high-level talents.This study is expected to provide some ideas for local governments to actively use digital platforms to do a good job in local government talent work. |
