Traditional ethnic sports is a form of expression of ethnic culture produced in the process of people’s survival and reproduction in ethnic areas.It records and confirms the history of the development of all ethnic groups from generation to generation.It is a continuation of the tradition of ethnic minorities and a bright pearl in China’s national cultural system.With the progress and development of the times,ethnic traditional sports have been gradually paid attention to,and the inheritance and development of ethnic traditional sports have attracted much attention.In the context of the mobile Internet era,the majority of junior high school students are the backbone of ethnic development,and their cognition and understanding of traditional culture directly affect ethnic development and future.The main purpose of this study is to integrate the traditional sports of Zhuang into the physical education teaching practice of junior middle schools in Nanning,tap the educational value and attribute of traditional sports of Zhuang ,release the practical application effect of traditional sports of Zhuang ,and make it a new content and curriculum to promote the reform of physical education teaching in junior middle schools,The formation of a complete teaching system and teaching plan will provide a solid guarantee for the inheritance of Zhuang traditional sports and the reform of junior high school sports teaching in Nanning.This paper comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,observation,and mathematical statistics to investigate the development,curriculum,teachers,and students of traditional ethnic sports in Zhuang Township.The purpose is to provide a solid theoretical basis for the follow-up research on topic selection according to the survey results.At the same time,through the analysis of influencing factors,corresponding strategies are proposed.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the experience of Nanning Xinxing School for,the practical courses include three person skates,bamboo pole jumping,shuttlecock kicking,shuttlecock ball,batsman shuttlecock ball,heaven earth,elephant tug of war,bamboo bell ball,hydrangea throwing,dragon and lion dancing,bench dragon,pearl ball,martial arts,Tasibalu,high legged horse,drum pulling,strong boxing,ethnic aerobics,crossbow shooting,rope skipping and other diversified projects,so that middle school students can obtain more curriculum resources,Strengthen students’ learning experience.From the implementation results of each project,junior high school students have a high degree of interest in the traditional sports of Zhuang ,the classroom atmosphere is good,and the quality of junior high school sports classroom teaching is improved.(2)Combined with the survey results,it is found that the traditional sports of Zhuang in junior middle schools in Nanning are single and short of funds,so it is necessary to learn from the successful experience of emerging ethnic schools in Nanning.In this regard,junior high schools in Nanning need to integrate resources,give full play to resource advantages,release and open up classroom platforms and classroom space,and mobilize and activate teachers’ innovation.(3)The physical education teachers of junior middle schools in Nanning can provide single teaching content and boring teaching form.In this regard,teachers should adhere to the premise of innovation,change ideas,introduce new methods,new content and new ideas,and focus on the experience of students and the inheritance and development of Zhuang traditional sports culture.(4)The parents of students in junior middle schools in Nanning did not play a leading role,the influence of family education declined,and the coordination between family education and junior middle schools in Nanning was insufficient at the level of traditional ethnic physical education.(5)This research topic investigates the current situation of the integration of junior middle schools in Nanning into the traditional sports of Zhuang ,and proposes specific strategies for the integration of traditional sports of Zhuang .With the support of society,schools,teachers,parents and other aspects,this research enables the value of traditional sports education of Zhuang to be brought into play,provides a new plan for the sports teaching reform of junior middle schools in Nanning,and implements the new requirements of the new curriculum standard for the physical education of junior middle schools.
