| Special sports activities during recess are important measures to improve the physical quality of young students.In June 2021,The State Council issued the double-reduction policy,which is a government countermeasure to ease the pressure of family education,reduce the gap between the rich and the poor,and promote the equality of education to increase the fertility rate,which affects the development of Chinese education and recess.After the introduction of the double reduction policy,although training outside school is not allowed,children will still have the pressure of academic tutoring and admission pressure,which means that the academic tasks that can be completed after school need to be completed in the school time,but we still have the same amount of time in class,and there is no change.It can only occupy the class time or our big break time will be occupied,which will put forward new problems for the development of our "characteristic big break".In the past,the traditional sports activity mode between big classes has some problems,such as insufficient effectiveness and scientific nature.Guided by problem solving,this paper constructs a new pattern of sports activities during recess with characteristics,and puts forward solutions from the aspects of activities’ goal,form,content,organization,measures,evaluation and guarantee.In this paper,the current situation of "characteristic recess" in some junior middle schools in Zhengzhou was set as the research object.Through literature method,questionnaire method,comparative analysis method,interview method and mathematical statistics method,a total of 2196 questionnaires were issued and 2161 questionnaires were collected,among which 2,056 were valid.This paper analyzes the current situation of "characteristic recess" in junior middle schools in Zhengzhou.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)The junior high school physical education teachers in Zhengzhou are generally not highly educated,and there are few people with bachelor’s degree or above.The overall age structure of the physical education teaching and research group is reasonable,and the school management does not know enough about the school’s "characteristic big break",and pays little attention to it.(2)The 14 schools surveyed all carried out special sports activities during recess,mainly self-designed exercises;The duration of the "characteristic recess" is in line with the standard of more than 40 minutes stipulated by the Ministry of Education.The activity venues are mainly in the playground and around the teaching building,mainly with exercise sports.(3)Characteristic large recess activities bring certain benefits to academic progress and physical and mental relaxation.The reason why students like "characteristic big recess" is that it can improve their sports skills,accounting for a large proportion of 26%,followed by eliminating study fatigue,developing hobbies and extracurricular activities.(4)Most students take active exercise with a positive attitude,which can effectively relax their nervous fatigue and relieve their physical and mental fatigue,but only 25% of students get a good physique in the exercise during the break.(5)The evaluation criteria are generally based on students’ participation,exercise quality and other factors to evaluate students’ performance.(6)Taking the characteristic recess sports activities of Jingkai Experimental Middle School in Zhengzhou as a case study,"recess" has a high utilization rate of field equipment and rich contents.Since the activity was carried out,students’ sports skills have been improved significantly.Compared with students of the same age in similar schools,all the quality and skill indicators are significantly higher than the average. |
