Analysis On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Cultivation Of Sports Specialty Students In Some Middle Schools In Xi’an

The outline of the national medium-and long-term education reform and Development Plan-LRB-2010-2020)calls for the promotion of diversified training models to meet the development needs of students with different potentials."Encourage the ordinary senior high school to run the characteristic innovation talented person raises the way." Regarding the school sports teaching work has the important instruction function.It is its proper meaning to cultivate sports talents.Doing a good job in the training of students with special ability in school sports can not only promote the diversified development of students,but also promote the orderly development of various sports activities in schools,besides,it can provide guarantee for the enrollment of college students,the selection of sports teams and the National Reserve of sports talents.The cultivation of sports specialty students is not only related to the educational integrity of senior high school,but also related to a series of problems in the development of national sports and the cultivation of talents.In this paper,using the method of Literature Review Sports Students Literature,questionnaire survey of the subject of the relevant experts and students,using statistical methods of the data obtained classification,logical analysis,and so on,after comparing some schools in Xi’an with yucai middle schools,this paper analyzes the basic conditions of teachers,facilities,systems and policies,students,etc.,the conclusions are as follows:there is an imbalance in the number of teachers in the training of gifted students(1)the teaching staff in most schools in Xi’an are relatively weak(2)the number and number of teachers taking part in training are insufficient.the contradiction of study is more prominent in the cultivation of students with special ability: 1)the cultural foundation of students with special ability is poor;2)the conflict between training time and study time often occurs.the management of students with special ability is not in place: 1)scientific and reasonable management is an essential part of sports training;2)there is a lack of effective communication between the coach and the head teacher.the quality of students in the training of students with special ability is worrisome: 1)sports become the means of further education,parents are opposed to their children engaging in sports training and become students with special ability;2)the number of students enrolled in the backward schools is relatively small.there is a huge difference in the number of male and female students in the training of child discipline talents: 1)the will quality is weaker than that of male students,2)the orientation of students is incorrect,3)the body and mind mature and escape the training.there are differences in social cognition in the cultivation of students with special ability: 1)the decline of the driving force at the source;2)the sports literacy of the social masses is not high.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the following reasonable suggestions:1)Increase the physical education theory related learning education for teachers and students Regular training should be conducted to improve professional skills,theoretical knowledge,cultural accomplishment,personal quality and knowledge capacity.We should strengthen students’ mental health education,improve coaches’ sports psychology and other related professional knowledge,and take students’ mental health education as a part of training.2)Increase and improve career planning record files Increase the comprehensive records of students in primary schools and junior high schools,and improve the growth track records of students with special skills to make the growth track traceable.Establish reasonable enrollment standards among primary schools,middle schools and universities to provide basis for enrollment at each stage.3)Strengthen the influence of sports and improve the mass sports literacy Relevant policies should be formulated to treat sports and other disciplines equally in terms of job opportunities.Strengthen sports publicity and increase sports influence.Increase the recruitment plan for sports graduates.Mobilize the initiative of the source to participate in sports training.
