Sports training major is the category of majors engaged in activities related to competitive sports.The aim of this major is to train high-level professionals who have basic professional theories and knowledge related to competitive sports,master the basic abilities of social and sports activities related to competitive sports,and engage in teaching,scientific research and management of competitive sports.Students enter the university to complete the core courses through special recruitment,and realize the transformation from athletes to high-level professional sports talents after completing practical training tasks.Due to long-term physical training,college students in this major often have such issues as academic incoherence,lack of study time,lack of study habits and unreasonable knowledge structure.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the development goal of"accelerating the construction of sports power",and the training of sports training majors will be directly related to this goal.Therefore,it will be of great benefit to build a sports power to study the cultivation of students’ learning outlook,find out ways to make up for shortcomings and improve the quality of personnel training.This project takes the students’ learning view of sports training major in Beijing Sport University as the research object.By combing the research literature about learning view and combining with the survey interview data,it comprehensively analyzes the problems and influencing factors of students’ learning view,provides guidance for them to establish a correct learning view,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the school’s training work.According to the literature research,learning view refers to a kind of understanding of learning formed by students’ deep analysis of the learning process and their own learning experience.Learning view directly affects students’ learning interest,attitude and motivation,and these three aspects directly reflect the correctness of learning view.This study focuses on studying interest,attitude and motivation to investigate the learning view and its existing problems of college students majoring in this major.It is found that the main problems in the learning concept of sports training students are as follows:Firstly,the phenomenon of laying particular stress on certain subjects while neglectiothers hey.They attach great importance to the study of compulsory courses,especially sports courses,while they are not interested in other courses except special ones;Secondly,the theoretical and speculative courses are not paid enough attention,which is manifested in the rejection of public compulsory courses and professional theoretical courses,while practical activities courses are eagerly awaited;Thirdly,self-learning outside the classroom often appears burnout,weak awareness of tackling key problems,and unable to persevere.The reasons are as follows:First,these students have been engaged in sports training activities for a long time,and being active is their characteristic,while thinking is their weakness,which makes them good at abstract reasoning.Second,their personal cultural foundation is weak,there are obstacles in learning,and there are not many opportunities to get help,resulting in poor self-learning ability,and they will back down when there are difficulties.Third,the differences in learning environment,lack of pertinence in teachers’ teaching,and lack of effective guidance in learning methods,etc,result in their lack of interest in learning,negative learning attitude,lack of motivation and poor learning effect.In view of the problems existing in students’ learning view,this thesie puts forward the following improvement measures:schools should strengthen the construction of campus culture,create a good learning atmosphere and improve the feedback mechanism of teaching evaluation;Training colleges should combine professional training objectives,assign special personnel to guide students’ learning awareness and methods,combine theoretical teaching with training and competition practice,and broaden practical teaching channels;Teachers should be student-oriented,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,enrich teaching methods,improve teaching quality and guide students to realize their career planning.
