| Children in distress need more attention from the state and society because they do not have the ability to protect themselves.For children with difficulty in intergenerational rearing,they are more vulnerable psychologically because they cannot get effective family care for a long time.This requires more social entities to invest in the care of children with difficulty in raising children from other generations.Through literature research and practice investigation,it is found that the interpersonal skills of troubled children are affected by a variety of factors,especially the interpersonal skills of troubled children in the intergenerational upbringing will be weaker.This is related to the factors that the caregivers themselves do not conform to the current social development of education concept,lack of attention to the psychological aspects of children in distress,low parenting self-efficacy,which will affect the psychological health and interpersonal skills of children in distress in the long run.In this context,the author in S city M area to register the plight of the children as the research object,through the in-depth interviews,troubled children and children’s guardians of troubled children questionnaire,to know every generation of raising children in interpersonal difficulties exist in the cognitive biases existing in interpersonal indifference,to the exchanges,the problem such as interpersonal ability is weak,These problems are caused by the poor children’s unreasonable cognition and weak social ability of interpersonal communication in the past,incomplete family structure,weak guardian’s ability,and insufficient publicity and cognition of the poor children from the social level.To solve these problems,this study aimed at M zone registered 31 trouble children of similar age,physical health,the guardian for my grandparents age group activity design,the plight of children establish interpersonal activities team,through data statistical analysis,filter out the predicament of 13 conforms to the requirements of children,ages 9to 12 years old.Through the questionnaire survey,the interpersonal communication needs of the group were analyzed.Under the guidance of social information processing theory,targeted group activities were designed to improve and enhance the confidence and ability of difficult children in interpersonal communication.This group carried out 6 group activities in total,and carried out group work under the guidance of social workers to achieve group goals.At the same time,a multi-angle evaluation was carried out after the group activities,and it was concluded that the interpersonal communication problems of children with difficulty in intergenerational rearing were improved by group activities.Finally,this paper summarized and analyzed the group intervention activity,affirmed the effect of group work intervention on interpersonal communication of children with difficulty in intergenerational rearing,and proposed the shortcomings from the time of activity,the role of social workers and the scope of research,and finally put forward suggestions from four aspects.Personal level to improve interpersonal skills;At the family level,help grandparents to pay attention to family education;At the school level,attention should be paid to children with difficulty in raising other generations;Build a friendly and harmonious interaction scope at the community level;The government nurtures professional social organizations for children. |
