This paper selected the S village of Suide County,Shaanxi Province as the investigation site,and determined the left-behind children with insufficient interpersonal communication ability in S village as the research object according to the scale evaluation.Through the investigation and understanding of the subjects and the content of the scale,the two dimensions of "language expression ability" and "emotional control ability" of left-behind children were finally determined as the research contents.The article uses interview method and observation method to collect relevant data,and finds that the lack of language expression ability and the lack of emotional control ability are two important factors that haunt the interpersonal communication ability of left-behind children,among which the lack of emotional control ability is the key factor affecting the interpersonal communication ability of left-behind children.Births The investigation of state system theory and social support theory shows that left-behind children are prone to tension and anxiety in interpersonal communication.The main reason is that left-behind children lack effective emotional attachment and social support in their three environments: family,school and community.In view of the above phenomenon,this paper uses the practical method of group work in social work to alleviate the inferiority complex of left-behind children and enhance their self-confidence by creating a group atmosphere full of emotional support for left-behind children to promote the language expression ability and emotional control ability of left-behind children,and then to achieve the purpose of improving the interpersonal communication ability of left-behind children.The thesis is mainly composed of introduction,chapter 1,chapter 2and chapter 3.The introduction mainly states the research background,research significance,literature review,research methods and related concepts and theories.Chapter one mainly introduces the geographical environment,population composition and interpersonal communication of left-behind children in S villages.It focuses on the interpersonal communication between left-behind children and their guardians,parents and community peers.Chapter two analyzes the relevant data of interpersonal communication status of left-behind children in S village,summarizes the main difficulties of left-behind children's participation in interpersonal communication,and analyzes the reasons according to the theory.The third chapter analyzes the causes of the dilemma,so as to determine the theory that needs to be used in practice,and carries on the practical intervention to the two dimensions of the lack of interpersonal communication ability of the left-behind children according to the theory,and finally evaluates and analyzes the effect of carrying out the group work.
