This study uses the RDA Interpersonal Relationship Development Assessment Scale and Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale to investigate the interpersonal skills of left-behind children in T County S primary schools.From the survey results,these left-behind children have some problems and obstacles in interpersonal communication.Mainly manifested as self-understanding bias,inability to correctly recognize the self,resistance to others,inability to treat others friendly,lack of ability and demand for normal interaction with others,and lack of skills for interpersonal communication.The lack of interpersonal skills and the quality of interpersonal relationships affect the normal growth and development of left-behind children and affect their basic social activities.Therefore,for the "left-behind children" this special group,interpersonal skills are particularly important.Based on our findings,we will focus our research on the interpersonal relationships and interpersonal skills of left-behind children in rural areas,and study and improve the existing problems.After docking with the school,taking into account the specific situation of the school and left-behind children,the overall goals and sub-section goals of the event were formulated,and the "dream and common" rural left-behind children's interpersonal skills improvement team was established.Based on professional theories,the team members were targeted.The specific circumstances designed six groups of activities.The author serves as the conductor and coordinator in the group,uses the professional methods and techniques of social work reasonably,strengthens the interaction between the group members,guides the team members to correctly recognize themselves,builds self-confidence,and improves the mistakes of others.The concept of cognition,access to etiquette and skills in interpersonal communication,improve interpersonal communication skills,and complete the group goals,at the same time also affirmed the uniqueness and effectiveness of group work in interpersonal interactions with left-behind children.After the six group activities were completed,process assessments and results were compared before and after interventions in the group work.Based on the performance of the team members and brief interviews with the team members,it was found that after the team members participated in the group activities,With varyingdegrees of changes and progress,the task goal of this activity has basically been completed,which is conducive to the healthy growth of left-behind children.In general,this group activity solved the common problems common among the selected rural left-behind children in interpersonal communication,improved their interpersonal skills,and played an important role in the development of left-behind children.Judging from the research conclusions,the work of the group on the interpersonal skills of left-behind children is different from other disciplines in terms of professionalism and effectiveness.It also emphasizes the necessity of social work intervention and provides some theoretical support and research reference for group research.
