In the report to the 19 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping made a major judgment that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the new historical orientation,young college students,as a generation growing up together with the new era,not only have the historical opportunity of outstanding life value,but also shoulder the new historical mission and realistic responsibility.They need to establish a down-to-earth concept of employment in the new era and the development of The Times.However,in the face of the new era of social and economic development,COVID-19 outbreak normalized,college students employment groups,increasing employment pressure,the complicated employment situation,with all kinds of media software platform,a lot of network information change,in the process of subtle impact and influence the contemporary college students employment concept and value concept,to strengthen college students employment cultivation to enhance college students employment competitiveness is of great significance.Based on this,this paper to the perspective of the research,with Marx’s youth view of employment and the theory of the theory,through the questionnaire survey of the current situation of the new era of positive performance and the existing problems,and analyzes the problems of employment,mainly due to the social employment environment,college employment cultivation system,family employment ideas and personal employment concept need to improve the science of the new era of college students’ employment concept.According to the analysis of the current situation and reason of the employment,the government advocates,guide the family guidance,improve the comprehensive quality.Through the joint efforts of the government,colleges and universities,families and individuals,it is hoped to guide college students to establish a scientific employment view in line with the development requirements of the new era,cultivate new young people who dare to struggle,dare to bear hardships and take root at the social grass-roots level,and realize the unity of their personal value and social value,so as to promote the improvement of the employment problem of college students.
