In recent years,the employment situation of college graduates continues to be severe,the employment pressure of college students has always been unabated,and the phenomenon of "slow employment and slow employment" continues to increase."Post-00 s" college students have gradually become the main new force in the current job market,and also the main object of employment concept education guidance in colleges and universities in the future.Therefore,research "after 00" college students ’employment guidance,can respond to the current employment difficult realistic social demand,and can promote after "00" college students and time development,national needs,social needs of scientific and rational employment,explore "after 00" college students’ employment to guide the new path new countermeasures,and improve "after 00" college students’ employment guidance effect.This paper carries out the empirical investigation of the employment view of the post-00 s college students from an open,dynamic and comprehensive perspective.Through a comprehensive and in-depth investigation,we master the current characteristics,the influencing factors of the post-00 s college students’ employment view and the current situation of employment education in colleges and universities.Based on the country of different levels of 2472 research questionnaires and 40 case interview the present situation and problems,mainly manifested as "00" college students self cognition and professional cognition is not clear,college employment guide education system is not perfect,family culture and social environment of "00" college students’ employment appear negative impact.On this basis,the difference research is carried out to provide a realistic basis for the "post-00 s" college students to form a scientific and rational employment concept.Based on the above logic,This paper is based on guiding "post-00" college students to establish a rational employment view,Based on the results of the empirical research,To carry out the research on the employment concept of "post-00 s" college students: to put forward the improvement path of "five horizontal,two vertical" and "two teachers and six masters" for the self-cognition and career cognition of "post-00s" college students;Building a whole-process employment education curriculum and textbook system,Improve the construction of the teaching staff;Optimizing the social and family culture,Make it play a positive influence on the employment concept of "post-00 s" college students;Building an information platform for college students’ employment concept guidance,Explore the practice path of employment concept classification,To realize the guidance of the whole-process employment concept throughout the four years of the university.The implementation of classified guidance on the employment concept of "post-00" college students can promote them to establish a scientific and rational employment concept,and finally realize the more full and higher-quality employment of "post-00" college students.
