Study On The Cultivation Of College Students' Employment Ability Based On The Psycho-Social Model

College students are the main force of national construction and the main force to create the future society.As an important node that connect college and society,college students' employment reflects the quality and specification of talent cultivation in colleges and universities and shows the direction and level of Higher Education development.Therefore the problem of college students' employment becomes a hot topic that is of great concern to society.At present,college students' "difficult employment" has become a well-known problem,in which employability is the key factor to determine whether the employment of college students is successful.Therefore,this paper will take a university as an example,and is based on the mental-social constructivism of employment ability proposed by Fugate er al,in order to put forward the countermeasures to cultivate college students' employment ability after finding the current situation of employment ability of college students through questionnaire.First of all,this paper elaborates the research background,generalizes the employability research both at home and abroad,and introduces the concept,contents,methods and significance of research.Secondly,to introduce the theoretical basis of this study,namely the psycho-social model of employment ability,elaborate on the basis,dimensions of the employment ability and the relationships between each dimension in detail.Then based on this theory,this paper draws up the survey questionnaire of college students' employment ability to clear the survey object,to put forward the research hypothesis and to distribute questionnaires with the method of random sampling and random distribution.Then,,this paper analyzes the survey data by statistical analysis software,and to examine the the employment status of college students from career identity,adaptability,social and human capital in three dimensions.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation,the paper puts forward countermeasures to cultivate college students' employment ability from the three dimensions of employment ability,namely the cultivation of college students' occupation identity,to strengthen college students' adaptability,improve students' social capital and human capital.
