| As the core factor of teachers’ system reform in universities,the reform of employment system determines the way and effect of talent introduction.The structure of teachers mainly includes the professional title structure,educational structure,the structure of graduation school,the structure of age and gender,which determines the education quality,scientific quality,innovation ability,team vitality and cooperative innovation ability of the university’s teachers.On one hand,the reform of the employment system directly brings changes to the structure of teachers,on the other hand,it has a subtle impact on teachers’ mentality and work performance,which will also have an effect on the structure of teachers.Taking T University as an example,this thesis studies the influence of employment system on the teachers’ structure.Firstly,this thesis studies the development process of the college employment system,the way China draws the experience of the tenure system and the reasonable direction of the teachers’ structure by analyzing the literatures.Secondly,this thesis uses the interview method to analyzes the changes to the structure of teachers brought by the employment system reform from 2018 to 2020 and the effectiveness and problems of the policy.Thirdly,this thesis investigated the satisfaction of the teachers of T University to predict the structure of professional.Finally,based on the research content,this thesis illuminates the expected impact of the teachers’ structure,and puts forward the suggestions on the employment system reform policy.Based on the research of current employment system of T University’s,this thesis concludes that the future structure of professional title is reasonable,the teachers will be younger and will have a higher educational background.However,the structure of graduation school needs to be more plentiful and the structure of gender needs more balance. |
