| Due to the increasing attention to higher vocational education in China in recent years,whether higher vocational colleges can implement effective management of full-time teachers has been endowed with the significance of The Times,in which the performance assessment and the effectiveness of incentive mechanism play a vital role.An effective incentive mechanism is the core of a complete teacher management system in higher vocational colleges,and a perfect assessment mode is an important link of performance management.By exploring the assessment mode and incentive mechanism in the management of teachers in higher vocational colleges,and using the Hierarchy of Needs Theory,Double Factor Theory and the relevant theories of Xi Jinping’s governance,this paper gives a deep interpretation and discussion on the improvement of the performance management system for full-time teachers in higher vocational colleges.By reasonable utilization of literature research,questionnaire investigation,interview investigation method and case analysis,the concept of performance appraisal and examination of the incentive mechanism is analyzed,combining the reality of a gleam of teachers’ work,M vocational colleges a gleam of full-time teachers in hebei province as the research object,through investigating the data collection and analysis of its present situation and problems of performance appraisal,Explore the causes of formation,clarify the harm brought by the problem,and then put forward targeted and feasible specific programs. |
