| After experiencing disorderly expansion and rapid development in recent years,various types of primary and secondary education and training institutions are facing the blow of the "double reduction" policy.In this context,how to improve the quality of teaching under the premise of legal compliance has become the key for education and training enterprises to obtain competitive advantage in the market.Therefore,education and training institutions need to continuously improve the competence of training teachers.Using the methods of questionnaire and interview,this study investigates the teaching competence of teachers in institution a from the four dimensions of social ability,professional character,personal characteristics and teaching skills,in order to understand the current situation of teachers’ teaching competence in the training institution and reveal the existing problems of teachers’ competence;This paper reveals the causes of the above problems from the two aspects of education and training teachers themselves and teaching and training institutions,and puts forward the strategies to improve the teaching competence of teachers in institution a.The study found that the average of the overall level of teachers’ competence in institution a is 3.510 points.The overall situation of teachers’ teaching competence in this training institution belongs to the medium level and needs to be further improved.In terms of each dimension,the average score of personal trait dimension is 3.640,and the score is the highest;The average score of professional character dimension is 3.342,with the lowest score.It is hoped that the research of this paper can help to enrich the achievements of teachers’ competence in a certain sense;It can provide theoretical basis for the construction of teachers in out of school education and training institutions;It can help teachers in training institutions improve their career planning and enhance the ability required for career development. |
