With the development of China's economy,people pay more and more attention to the education of their children,accept high quality academic education is the main channel for the majority of children in China's growth,but the quality educational resources in our country at the present stage and limited,high entry barriers,fierce competition.Through extracurricular guidance,improving knowledge structure and improving exam results have become the objective needs of primary and secondary school students and parents.A large number of educational and training institutions have emerged.The teaching level of the teachers' team and the stability of the teachers' team are the key to their survival and development and brand promotion.Only by giving full play to the abilities and expertise of every teacher in the teaching team,and improving the teaching quality and brand effect of the faculty,can the training organization continue to win the recognition of the majority of students and parents,so that we can remain invincible in the market competition.To do this,it is particularly important for the training institutions to have effective incentives for their teachers' teams.This paper takes the B culture art education training Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as B company)as the research subject,through the human resources theory,theory of knowledge workers and the classical theory of motivation(hierarchy of needs theory,two factor theory,equity theory)as the theoretical guidance,to elaborate the training industry of private education teachers incentive measures can be optimized and improved the direction of.This is a key factor that influences the stability of teachers in the private education and training industry,and puts forward some practical incentive measures,so as to provide some references for solving the problem of the stability of teachers in private educational institutions in essence.This article is written in accordance with the general idea of putting forward questions,analyzing problems and solving problems.First of all,through the questionnaire survey on teachers training industry,analyzes the problems ofTeacher Incentive of B company,on the basis of this,combined with the theory of human resources,knowledge employee theory and incentive theory and other related knowledge,to carry out improvement and optimization design of incentive measures,salary structure,then targeted put forward a concrete and operable educational training teachers incentive measures,finally in order to ensure the optimization of incentive measures and the smooth implementation of the risks encountered in the implementation process,also puts forward corresponding safeguard measures.
